Terminal is absolute garbage. Dispatch is rude and incompetent. They mark order as picked up without going in and then get mad when you ask about the pickup status. Going on missed pickup day #5. Horrible terminal.

So strange. They called me Friday to schedule delivery for Monday. That never happened. On Tuesday I checked the tracking again and they still do not show delivery will be made today. We scheduled contractors around the delivery they promised and this is getting costly. Today when I called the rep tells me that the reason it was not delivered was because the freight had just arrived to their facility today. The tracking showed it had arrived at their facility as of Friday. When I stated this I was told that I was arguing. I said I am merely stating facts. At this point the rep hung up on me!So lets see if you know something that differs from the tracking info why not just be nice about and explain what happened and why their information does not match the tracking. Their is no reason to get flustered and hang up on a customer.I will also add that that you called me on Friday to schedule delivery for Monday but you never called me to tell that something had changed and delivery would not happen. So I guess it is even more frustrating that we had a scheduled delivery and no one called me to tell me that it was cancelled.Hanging up on me just adds insult to injury. Tracking is done by scanned barcodes and usually is quite accurate.

We moved from NJ to Seattle during January. We used a relocube for the price point and ease. The unit was handled with care during transport and there was no evidence contact with outside elements. U-Pack and ABF was nothing but friendly and cooperative. We will definitely use them again in the future.
