Our salesman, Mr. Brian Q. Spilatro, and his team were top notch! Quoted us great machines at an even better price. Everything was smooth and Mr. Spilatro delivered a 0 pressure experience! And even better, the machines themselves are sleek and aesthetically pleasing.

STAY AWAY FROM SHARP PRINTERS !! I have had a contract with both service from KYOCERA and KONICA. I have never had any issue with their machines but the SHARP machine is literally 2 months old and already the finsher needs to be replaced. Called in a service call, they sent a technician who was very nice (Michael) but unable to fix the problem I received an email right after his visit with a closed ticket! I called upset of course because we are unable to run our business without a working printer/copier. I had to find my old printer to be able to send out our drivers. I called service on 11/16 at 8am in the morning and they said the part arrived. I figured the technician would be here immediately after my calls and emails but of course no one showed up. I called the customer service and was told that she is not sure if it is here or not but she was the one in the morning that told me it was here. Still not able to get a straight answer from anyone, I asked to speak to PAUL the service manager.. Who was RUDE - NASTY and has no business being in management at all!! He admits to yelling at me and apparently I deserve it because of my several emails and blast!! I signed a contract but I pray this can help someone avoid them

Brian Spilatro our Sharp Acct Manager is the best!!Whenever we email or call him he is always super responsive.He also never hesitates to help or get us in touch with the right person even if the question we ask may not be exactly in his scope of work at Sharp.Because of the relationship we have with Brian, we have engaged Sharp for IT services as well, and have been more then pleased.We would definitely recommend Sharp but especially Brain S he's our go to guy!

I was searching where to purchase a Toshiba/Dynabook laptop. I discovered that I need to contact Sharp. After contacting Sharp I received a call from Brian Spilatro. Brian helped me with the customized order. Brian was extremely helpful and 3 weeks ago I received the laptop. I appreciate the personal service. It was outstanding.

They've been great to work with. Brian Spilatro is our account manager and helped us set up our system to suit our needs, and checks in periodically to see how things are going. Great customer service and our printer has worked perfectly since day one.

I have had such a great experience switching to Sharp and it's mainly because of the knowledge and rapid responses I always get from Brian Spilatro. He is always on top of his game and assures that we get exactly what my company needs regarding speed and additional options in our printers. If there has ever been any issues, William (Tech) is extremely helpful and they both go above and beyond which helps my experience with Sharp be that much nicer. Both of my offices have now switched to Sharp and we couldn't be happier.

At my hotel, we switched from our old printer company to Sharp and it has been much easier dealing with Sharp. The biggest issue I had with my previous printer company was not being able to get anyone on the phone when there was an issue with ordering supplies or requesting regular maintenance. The reps at Sharp are very responsive and our rep Brian Spilatro always answers each time I reach out about questions for our account or if we need help with taking care of our devices for regular maintenance. He has been such a pleasure to deal!

I worked with Brian Spilatro for a few months now. He helped us switch from Konica Minolta to Sharp Business Systems and answered all the questions we had. I highly recommend everyone to ask for Brian Spilatro if you are looking into getting new copy/print/fax machines for your company. He is very honest and will provide all the answers you need. We have 12 machines spread across the US, Canada, and Japan. I sat down with a whole bunch of people from different copy/print/fax machine companies and Sharp Business Systems is the way to go!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had an emergency call put in this morning. Lisa from the 800 number was fabulous! Explained that we were in the middle of copying testing material and she expedited the call (we are a middle school). George Diffin was here within an hour and a half of the placed call. The machine was fixed and running quickly. Saved our guidance department today! Appreciate George and all his assistance (especially in an emergency situation). Great Job TEAM!

We work with Brian Spilatro and he is always prompt with his responses and makes doing business seamless. Copy machines is not a very glamorous business, but I would highly recommend dealing with Sharp and Brian for all of your needs.

I always know I am in good hands with Brian Spilatro and Sharp Business Systems. Brian has been our Senior Account Manager for years and is always professional and responsive. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to go that extra mile to resolve any issues, provide solutions and/or answer any questions. With even good customer service so hard to come by these days, Brian takes it to a whole other level and I would highly recommend him. We couldn't be happier!

This is the 3rd time signing a new printer lease with Sharp. Our account Executive, Brad Mills did a great job on explaining the different options that they offer. He gave us a great suggestion which met our office needs during the pandemic. Due to the pandemic, the new machine did take a while until it was delivered, but other than that they are great and provided excellent services.
