I have been with this particular bank for about ten years, without any problems that would spoil my day. There were circumstances where I had some issues with other units outside of the Park Ridge branch and the people of Park Ridge tried to help me, always. So I have always experienced a positive demeanor in this branch

Came to this branch on 4/19/23 to obtain a new debit card because I lost mine. I dealt with an older lady who always dresses in a skirt, some heels and wears red lip stick. She definitely racial profiled me and she kept pushing me to sign up for a credit card after repeatedly telling her no. Then towards the end, she told me because I've lost my card several times they would charge me $7 which in fact, what's listed on the PNC Website, that is only for other accounts. Will never come to this bank for personal use.

It's taking over 5 months to establish a power of attorney for my parent's account. (I've done this at another bank & it was very quick-1 week). I've spent hours at a time here at various times and today was supposed to be a final appointment just to sign papers. My appointment was at 9.15, I get here early- greet the tellers and sit and wait. Finally after 15 mins and no one even addressing me or asking who I'm here to see, I go back up to the teller and tell him who I'm here to see with an appointment at 9.15. He says "oh she's not here today"!! Another bank rep then calls her to locate whatever doc I need to sign but I say to him "so she made an appointment with me on a day she's not even here?!!" & express my anger towards how I can be seated in the waiting are for over 15 mins and not one person asked me who I'm here to see or how they can help me. He simply chuckled at my comment! At other banks I would've been directed immediately. If this was my account I would've switched banks a long time ago. I'd give this bank a zero if it was an option.

Hi.. I was here at pnc yesterday as a small business customer.. Unfortunately they couldn't get me $4500 cash from my accounts..The gentleman was saying do not enough cash available for rest of the day..I have 4 business accountsAnd 1 personal account..Can you imagine they are able to provide $4500 in cash..I desperately called my friends to get me cash..

This branch is a shit show. Every banker and teller tells you something different, they will hold your money from you and will give you hell to get it back. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other pnc bank.

Tried opening a business checking account with them. Asked me a bunch of questions that had nothing to do with opening an account. Lied to me and told me that it $1,500 to open an account with them when online it is $100 and I called another bank to confirm it. Told me it is money laundering if i put money from my personal account to my business account. I don’t typically use the race card, but I am a young black man who dealt a older white woman that I felt like that genuinely she didn’t want me to open an account with them. The banker was Annette B.

Very bad workers. Had 5 people working today and yet only 1 was working on the front desk while the others were talking and didnt even try to help. Only i wanted was to make a payment. And oh the guy working on the front desk seemed bothered by my presence. Who ever was in charge that day, very bad supervision here.

I have been with PNC Bank for seven years and they have never given me any problem. The staff there has always been nice and helpful. It is a very clean business inside and out. The best is the Virtual Wallet.

Great friendly staff. There is never a long line and everyone greets you when you walk in. I have been doing business with this branch since it opened and never had any problems.
