“I guess I'm surprised by the other reviews on here. Came to specifically commend the staff at this CVS pharmacy for always being attentive and caring. I have trouble with my Rx insurance almost every month and the staff here have always been sympathetic, even when there's nothing they can do for me. I'm sure there's not much they can do about being short staffed, like many other industries at the moment so anyone complaining of the wait, please be patient! Anyway, thank you to the pharmacy staff for your kindness and patience with my Rx issues!!”

She knows the industry and how the insurance system works…even the shortcomings of them.I had an issue with a regular prescription (monthly) and for some reason, it was not going through insurance this time. Insurance company had some screwup internally…and was yet to be sorted, but I was out of meds. She was able to get me through a few days while insurance nonsense was resolved.Nothing against CVS/Walgreens but Wegman’s wins with this department…even if their hot bar is $15.99/pound. ??”
