Terrible, horrible and rude dry cleaners. Been coming here 22 years - they ruined a Burberry trench coat and Andy the owner pretty much said sorry but we can’t do anything about it. He wouldn’t even agree to pay a portion of a new coat or discuss it - ran us out the store and said to file an insurance claim ourselves. This was some of the worst business acumen I have ever seen, I’m a business owner myself and was shocked to see this handled this way. I will never be coming back - as we walked out another customer was coming in to also complain about a ruined shirt and pants they dry cleaned. Don’t walk RUN away from this cleaners and go down the street - not worth it at all. I’m all about supporting small business but too many other fair and better owners to support to give any business to this owner. Was really sad to see them handle this so poorly and wish that on no one ever. Also, he just kept saying he doesn’t speak English and would t let us speak with anyone else which was just more proof that he didn’t want to help even if he could - worst establishment for dry cleaning EVER!

Poor quality dry cleaning and personnel is unpleasant.Brought in a shirt with a small food stain to be removed, and after dry cleaning the stain was still there. They did not even offer to retry it or offer money back. It felt like they were doing me a favor.Luckily, there are many other dry cleaning service near-by!

I had the same experience as the person who had her pillowcase laundered instead of dry cleaned. I’ve used them on several occasions and brought work slacks to be dry cleaned and strangely my pants seemed to be shrinking. I confirmed these pants were shrinking by buying another pair (on more than one occasion); the same brand, same size, same color. The two fit like 2 different sizes. And a pair of capris that I have had for years and cleaned at other places were completely ruined. When I got them back the color was faded and material texture had softened. I finally confronted the owner about these issues and he refused to accept responsibility. When challenged on whether he had clothes laundered, he said if label allowed it, they did. And in the same breath said that if I asked for dry cleaning then I would have gotten it. And with regards to the shrinking pants he suggested that maybe I was just getting fat. This all happened over the course of a couple of years and I tried to give them a chance but I cannot take chances any more with quality clothing. I will never use them again.

This is absolutely the worst company to work with. I dropped off 5 pairs of pants for the seamstress to hem for my school aged son. When I received the pants I realized that the pants were hemmed at all different lengths and the seamstresses took it upon herself to cut them so there was no hem left for adjustments. The owner screamed at me and told me it was not their mistake!!! He had to nerve to blame my communication with the clerk who took the pants. These pants are $49.50 Brooks Brothers pants that are mis-hemmed and can not be fixed because they were cut. He will not rectify the situation and now I have 5 pairs of pants that are hemmed at all different lengths. I would expect the owner to apologize to me FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND REPLACE MY PANTS. Instead I was told they will do nothing. I am taking them to small claims call. I would highly recommend not doing business with someone who is not willing to stand behind their work!

We have been giving business to them since we moved to WCL. They started with the lowest price in the area and once they got comfortable they start raising prices here there. A few times they explained that the increased price was a mistake and so we went on... Yesterday I called to ask why he was charging $1.95 instead of $1.25 for shirts. This is when the owner told me to go somewhere else if I didnt like it. Really??? Is this how a busness owner should treat his customers? You decide!

Alterations and repairs - half the price of other dry cleaners Dry cleaning - $1-2 less for key items than my old dry cleaners Quick service - Same day if need be for the same price And . . .if you work in the area and tell them where, 10% off your service!
