I can not rave enough about Montvale Movers! It was myself with 8 of their amazing men, which included Marty, Zack & his brother Mike, that felt like part of my own family by the time this move was completed! It was a very emotional emergency move for me, so I needed them to pack EVERYTHING I owned, and then move it all to storage units. A month later, they moved my belongings from storage to my new home. They had packed and moved my China, Waterford Crystal and a very old Grandfather Clock amongst other antique furniture! NOT ONE item or piece of furniture was broken or even scratched! No one can compare to their professionalism and work ethic of getting the job done perfectly! Thank you Marty & JoAnne for providing me your outstanding services, while also feeling so safe being I did this entire move by myself with all your men!! :)

We couldn't have been more impressed with Montvale Moving! Marty and his team deliver elite service at affordable prices. All the guys were professional, careful, extremely capable and went the extra mile not only dissembling large furniture but reassembling it too at the new location. Would highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Montvale Moving enough. On extremely short notice I called them for help regarding moving a very heavy treadmill and exercise bike to a different floor in my house. When the Nordictrack tech did not show up on time, the Montvale Movers offered to begin to disassemble the treadmill in order to move it. They were extremely courteous, helpful, friendly, and flexible and did so on one day's notice. I plan to use them for any moving needs I might have in the future and am extremely grateful for all of their help with my situation!

Above and beyond. If you’re anywhere near their area of operation, you should be ashamed of yourself for not using Marty and his amazing crew.Who have you heard builds bunk beds for your kids without instructions? Who takes apart a wardrobe on the fly and labels the pieces so when you need it put back together, it’s perfect? Who returns on their own volition because it’s the right thing to do? They do. Grateful for them.

What a nightmare this turned into using them. Marty (the owner) is so rude and disrespectful. They quote one fee, then show up and charge almost double. They never call back after missing items and don't want to make it right. I would highly caution not using this operation. I wish I never dd.

Guys did a good job, were careful and conscientious. Didn't arrive with masks, when I asked, it was shrugged off and one of the men said they were B.S. I wasn't comfortable, but didn't want to upset the men who would be handling my belongings, and couldn't afford to send them away.

I used their services for moving furniture . Please be cautious of what they tell you for the fee . I was told over the phone that minimum charge is 1 and a half hours which will cost we $175.00 .I ended up being charged $415.00Be aware that what they quote and what you end up really paying is COMPLETELY different amount . The movers did a good job . But the way montvale movers handles and charges the customers is more than disappointing. Joanna and Ryan need to be HONEST with customers and tell them the price . Not be deceitful and charge 2 times more .I will not be using their services . Would not recommend montvale movers .

We have moved 5 times in 5 years and this was our first time using Montvale Moving. They were exceptional. They adjusted their schedule to get our job done faster and with more men. They also didn’t charge us for the extra time and manpower. They packed our items perfectly and labeled them correctly. We have had multiple issues with this in the past. All of our items were moved without damage. They even laid down protective wrap and cardboard as the day we moved was awful rainy weather. They took all of their garbage and cleaned up when they were done. This was no small move either...3 trucks. I can’t say enough great things about this company and their employees. Top notch and laid back. Never using another moving service again. Montvale is the best!!

These guys were not what they were cracked up to be. I chose them for their solid reputation but come the day of the move, they were not on time, they were constantly bickering amongst themselves even a sort of hazing was going on to what appeared to be one of the new guys of the group. Just downright uncourteous and unprofessional behavior on their part, not to mention I found chipping and damage on one of my dressers that had been in the family for three generations. Not pleased at all, if you're looking for movers, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because these aren't your guys.
