“This office is the best Labcorp I've ever been to....really, the best lab. The office is clean, I never have to wait much at all, even as a walk-in, and the people are really wonderful. It is very difficult to find my vein but the staff is wonderful and rarely have a problem - Sanjiv gets it every time first time! I highly recommend this office for any of your lab needs!”

Staff here is pretty decent, most times you’ll need a manager for even the slightest pricing difference/ issue, kind of weird.
The only reason the pharmacy is not a 5/5 is due to the hours, and the unreliability of their drive thru pharmacy hours/ closures.

I just had the most disgusting experience with a member of their pharmacy.
She says her name is olivia, when I inquired. This woman is literally a nightmare to speak to.
She kept asking me the same question over and over again, and each time I answered and tried to answer, she yelled she understands.
This woman then went on a rant, and lashed out at me. Eventually I had to ask her why is she so angry? When she continued, I cussed her arse out too.
Her behavior was disgusting!
06/23 update: this store is definitely back to their usual frustrating ways, it was a good run while it lasted.
I’m over it with their staff, put a self checkout in place so people can get what they need without dealing with you all.”

“I went there today for a blood draw. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. It was the best blood test experience I’ve had. Not painful at all. I have a huge fear of blood tests and needles, however Ricely was so sweet and patient with me. She was great and I made sure to tell me what she was doing at all times. She even used a butterfly needle like I requested. I didn’t feel as scared as I usually do. I recommend this location. Thank you so much for the great visit, Ricely!”

“I recently went to Ridgewood LapCorp for bloodwork and had the most pleasant experience! I was helped by Rochelle & Grace. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. As soon as I checked in, I was in & out of there within 30 minutes, they are fast! This place is a well-oiled machine and I will 100% come back again if I need any more labwork done in the future!”
“The best thing about this place is that it takes absolutely no time to get you in and out and never has insurance issues… Furthermore, I have used several insurances and there is never been a co-pay. They get the labs back very quickly… About 24 hours for the basic stuff. It’s a good place to use and costs no money.”

“I made an appointment online. Check in by text was easy. I was taken at the time my appointment was. The technician was gentle and efficient. I had blood taken, and I have difficult veins. She got it first try with no pain ( not always a usual experience for me)”

“I went to Labcorp at Walgreens in New City, NY this week for routine bloodwork. The lady named Candace was very polite and friendly. Not enough blood was coming out of my right vein. She was very apologetic about sticking me again but on my left arm. Her friendliness made it not too painful. She should get a pay raise from Labcorp. Keep your good employees.”
“I recently received a bill for $1,465.00 for a sample diagnosis after an upper GI scope. I have good insurance that already costs me thousands of dollars annually, am retired and to get hit with an unexpected bill like this has never happened before. I was never informed that i would be billed by this company. Now I'm making daily calls to cdx, my Dr's office and my insurance company to try and resolve this. It's very stressful. Do yourself a favor and find out if your dr uses this lab and make sure any test is fully covered. If you don't get a guarantee, I would find another dr. or demand they use another lab. Posting my experience on the Baretts Group on Facebook. If you have Baretts it's an excellent resource.
Update: 6/26/25. I got a call from Sr. Management at the company and they resoloved my issue. We also discussed that companies and Dr.s need to do a better job informing and working with patients ahead of time so that people don't get surprised with expensive bills that can really put them in a bad financial situation. I have since changed my rating because everyone at this company was professional and seemed concerned with resolving this.
Also my rating is soley based on billing practices. I can't speak to whether this test is the latest and greatest but I can say that the company does seem to care about the people it serves. I reserved one star because this experince has left me with feeling uneasy with future proceedures and billing but I think this has become an unfortunatel trend in our current medical system regardless of insurance.”
