Fantastic all around and such great service! Kings Cleaners has surpassed any other dry cleaner I've used by miles— my clothes are always impeccably dry cleaned, pressed and preserved; I've had pants altered perfectly; I've use them for dry cleaning for my clients' bedding, towels, accessories, etc. in which I've never run into a problem. They're always wonderful, dependable and on time. Won't trust anyone else. Plus, they've helped load and hang my large dry cleaning orders into my car— so sweet and professional.Service: Alterations

I think kings does a good job. I sent them some items that are dark colored and required more gentle care so as to not fade the blacks and keep the items also feeling and looking well pressed. Some cleaners really don't do nice work at all. But I chose kings as I wanted more attention to detail and someone told me they were a bit higher end. They do however charge for what they do. They are far pricer than many others. I get that hand labor costs money especially in New York City. I frankly most of the time choose to not send out items to cleaners as it's either very costly or not nicely done. My experience is kings did a good job. They have a good system for connecting with texts and emails and really keeping you informed on status and they delivered on time and with my instructions considered. So I paid more and was happy with the choice for my items that needed this level of attention.

Kings cleaners is the best dry cleaner I have ever been to. The new owner John is an amazing tailor and the dry cleaning is perfection. John always goes out of his way to accommodate me and my family. I highly recommend them.

I was busy make funeral arrangements for my father, and noticed that my suit needed alterations and cleaning a day before i needed it. They made special accommodations for me, and was able to get everything done by the time I needed it. Will definitly return.

Would highly reccomend to anyone who needs alterations and dry cleaning. Great owners! Super helpful when I needed clothes hemmed or dry cleaned quickly.

Oh my god! New owner has a superb talent for alteration of suits. Not to mention the cleanliness of my clothes, the suits looks modern and new style; a kindness of the owner is something extra bonus. I wear expensive, designer clothes, and have had some very negative experiences with cleaners in the past. This cleaners is the best ever. They are courteous, capable, and seem to really care. My friends are even going now. Fortunately, I'm local, but would drive to use them. I'm not one to write reviews, but they're worth it!
