I just walked in and needed one screw that was missing for a piece of furniture and the guys in the store were unbelievably helpful and found the needle in the haystack for me - they were so helpful and so knowledgeable and it cost me less than $1. Long may this type of store continue - truly customer focused and a must try for all those issues the big box stores can’t solve. It really is True Value !!!!!

Wonderful local business. I love that, right in town, there is a hardware store that sells Benjamin Moore Paint! I bought the best brand and only needed one coat over a deep color. So worth it and what a time saver. I ran into some issues and needed ideas to repair an area and the guys there had great suggestions and solved my problem. Love this place! I love that it is local.

I can't imagine this nearby hardware store not having anything that a homeowner or renter would need in an emergency or otherwise on any day of the week!

This is the most helpful hardware store i have ever been to. I walked in with a part of our power washer that was not working properly. I was not sure if they would even have a replacement piece. Rick brought me three options. Installed the piece to make sure it fit properly and that was it. The whole thing was less than 5 mins. I just tried the power washer, it works beautifully.

I always try to shop locally and avoid the big box stores and have been shopping at this place for the past four years. Most of the time they've been knowledgeable and helpful. The past two visits though have been met with rudeness and belligerence. The manager, the guy with the pony tail, seems to really hate his job- or maybe it's just the customers he can't stand.
