About Progressive Veterinary Care
Progressive Veterinary Care began more than 30 years ago as a small, one-doctor practice. It created a strong reputation for providing high-level medicine to the pets of central New Jersey. Dr. Michael Tokiwa took over ownership in the fall of 2005. His goals were simple. Keep the aspects that made the hospital great, but his drive has been to change the veterinary landscape, and part of that involved the creation of an environment conducive to a better life for the individuals that provide the best medicine to your pets. Our current hospital opened its doors to the public August 2012.
