If you have a problem with your computer -- or --are buying a new computer, Technician X is THE PLACE to go. They are tech geniuses and superb at their work. In-House or House calls. Worth every penny. They have "saved the day" for us on two recent occasions. We are fortunate to have them in our community.

Terrible experience. I left my laptop here to be checked for a possible virus. After paying and going home, I realized that the charger returned to me was not the original charger. It did not fit properly into the charger slot and was much smaller than the original charger. It was unable to charge my laptop battery. My battery died as a result of not being charged. They effectively broke my laptop. I was heartbroken by this failure. Now my laptop takes forever to come on and will not stay on if unplugged.
I went in person to complain and did not receive satisfaction. The staff denied misplacing my original charger. I now have to go out and buy a new laptop. I cannot understand the good reviews for this company and will never recommend this shop to anyone.

Completely and totally satisfied with both the excellent service and clear explanations...very, very competent and personable staff! I went to TechnicianX for computer migration from Windows 10 to a Windows 11 on a new PC. This involved helping insure my cloud backup and various programs were transferred in a 2-step process that included a house call the next day to connect my printer and insure my lan was working.

I highly recommend Tech X. Friendly , informative in a low key way. Will hold your hand for computer problems big and small You can ask them any questions about your computer, and they will give you an answer. Without making you feel stupid or that you are wasting their time Not only did they help my dad recover his email with one touch of that button or this command,.,, they did not even want to charge him for their brief but important resolution to his problem

I took my laptop with hinges broken. Devin the technician was very helpful. He gave me a reasonable estimate. I was debating between buying a new one or fixing it. He advised me to go for the repair as the PC was fairly new and he said the hinge problem was a common one.The job was well done and I recommend this facility to anyone without hesitation.Charles Narayanan

I spent two separate two-hour sessions with Apple support and another two-hour session with different IT consultant I use--six hours total--in a futile attempt to solve a problem with the disappearance of one entire email account. All three consultations failed to fix a crippling condition.I spent 27 minutes with Peter at Technician X during which he not only solved my problem but also another problem I didn't even know I had.What a shame I can give him and Technician X only five stars. I'd dump an entire constellation on them if I could! I almost wish I had a new problem to take to them just for the fun of watching genuine experts do their thing...

I found this store for sending fax because their price is only half or even less than half vs. Staples or UPS. Inside is neat and everything is organized, impressive clean StepNpull. Allison is very friendly and knowledgeful, she did internet research for my more that 10 years old machine after I called for help. She stood with my big pages and made sure each went through. I also could feel her pure hearts for customers. A nice warm heart place!

Went to Technician X for the first time this week and am totally satisfied with all aspects of this company. My laptop would no longer charge. They diagnosed it accurately and upon my agreement to proceed were able to get the necessary part, install and test it in half the time of the original estimate.The cost was very reasonable. Also, every employee I dealt with was personable and very knowledgeable. Most importantly they are honest and have gained my trust. I will definitely use them for my future repair needs for my laptop, desktop and phone.
