Business hours are useless when the shop isn’t open. Inquired at the desk and they said he was supposed to be there 3 hours earlier but was a no show. He opens the shop when he wants to. I’ll have better luck purchasing a racquet online without trying it first.

Imagine driving 30 minutes to an opened tennis pro shop....only to discover, that its closed. Now imagine it was a surprise from your wife, to buy you a brand new tennis racquet for a birthday present, but the only surprise was what should have been an opened tennis pro shop, was completely closed. Well...I don't need to imagine any of it, because that is EXACTLY what had occurred, on our experience with this place. And when we asked why the shop wasn't open, the response was simple: he chose not to come in and open the store. Mystery solved, I guess. What is even the point.. of having "business hours" if you are not even gonna open the shop DURING business hours??? Bad look. Bad business. And I WILL be buying a brand new tennis racquet....anywhere but here. Hope it was worth it.

Gave my racquet for stringing. Provided an expensive string. 2 slots were missed in the racquet. Left multiple voice messages. He would not call back. Very unprofessional shop. Please stay away

The shop has kept the racquet for a month! I don’t know whether it is repaired or not. No response from the shop.I sent my racquet (Yonex) for repair at Warren location a month ago (March 2,2021) and kept asking the repair status every week. I even contacted the owner’s cell phone (I got the phone number from the person in the shop), and the owner texted me that he was waiting for the parts two weeks ago (March 16, 2021). Since then, I made several calls and left several messages, but no response at all.Today is March 31, 2021, I have been out of the racquet for a month! Now I don’t care whether it is repaired or not. I just want to get it back. Hope the shop doesn’t lost my racquet. Still no response at all!

I specifically called and made an appointment with Gerald to meet me at the Skillman store (rte 206 above Princeton) to discuss and buy a new racket. Despite my request and his agreement, he decided to go to his other store. The person at the store was very nice but not very knowledgeable so after I told him about my tennis level, he called Gerald and "they" discussed my situation. I should have called Tennis Warehouse because in the end, that's all it was - a phone call and certainly no in store knowledge and personal help! I would not recommend this store nor would i go back.

Gerald made sure my daughter's racket was strung in time for a match even with the major snow storm. I was not expecting to get it back that soon. They went above and beyond. It's the only place I will buy my daughters tennis equipment or have her racket restrung. The best!
