This site doesn’t really care too much about your concerns. I was promised a call back from the manager and never heard from him or her. I sent an email and even contacted corporate to let them know about the experience I had, in which case they said they’d escalate my issue on my behalf and let the owner know to contact me. I still have never heard back and it’s been over a month. I give up. I’m never going back.

Extremely disappointed. I booked a microdermabrasion. The appointment was listed as an hour appointment for 1 pm. The technician came to the waiting room a few minutes late. Once I was settled & waiting for the technician to begin the service, the machine wasn’t working. She tried getting it to work for about 5 minutes before getting the owner. The owner came in to assist however it disrupted the intention of a relaxing experience. Once the microdermabrasion started it was approximately 1:20. She provided the treatment & I had my shoes & jacket on my 1:40 pm. The service was a $140 service, well overpriced for a 20-minutes of a direct service. I was also very uncomfortable that the technician was not wearing a mask. Her face was extremely close to mine and I could feel her breath on my face. I understand Covid restrictions have lifted, however when someone is treating your face, I believe they should mask (as all nail techs do & they are further away in proximity).

The therapist J.D was very attentive to the part of my body that has been troublesome for years. Next day, the pain was significantly reduced. Thank you.

The worst experience I had. They literally didn’t do ANYTHING my 3 year old could’ve done better. All they did was moisturized my face. I wasted my time and money. Please don’t ever come here and waste your money. I was expecting a nice facial but they did basically my night routine and patted my face ? What kind of service is this ? I want a full refund. They started off my just “cleansing” ... ? And then a mask I couldn’t bought from dollar tree. Then moisturized. That was it.

I have been a member here for over 1 year & I always receive a great massage! I have tried a few different therapists there and have not been disappointed. The front desk staff is great. Christine and Joanna always make me feel welcome. Christine is always willing to go over any questions or concerns I have regarding billing, services, and scheduling my appointments. I would highly recommend this Massage Envy Location to my friends and family.

Awesome! I just had my first facial with Taylor. She was highly skilled and professional. I feel and look like I saw "Dr. Pretty" without the needles and high prices. Taylor made sure I was comfortable and customized the facial to my specific needs and concerns. Thanks also to Alice, who helped me resolve some membership and billing issues. Wonderful experience!

I had my first microderm with Taylor and it was AMAZING start to finish. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. And now I come back for monthly microderms. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her for any of your skin care needs.

Please do not use the Montgomery location. Their massage therapist are okay but manager Christine is horrible at customer service. They have been charging me for a cancelled membership for 3 months now, even after reporting the error, they are not ready to agree to their fault and coming up with false reasons because of poor documentation on their end.

Do NOT use this location. The manager started lying to cover-up their own paperwork issues. If you cancel membership please take pictures of the form and take written note while handing over the forms

After having a bad facial experience elsewhere, I was hesitant to get another one. I am very glad I got one at Massage envy with Taylor. She was very knowledgeable about her products and asked about any allergies. It turned out I was allergic to one of the masks that she uses. I'm so glad she asked. I now only go there for facials and I highly recommend her!!!

I always had good massages here, Frank is awesome! Then, recently my credit card was expiring and I updated it after my last massage. I remember because the person behind the desk said she had to update it in two places. Then just this weekend, someone called me from there asking to update it again, almost as if she thought I would not pay. I explained that I had already updated it and I was driving so I couldn't do so right then. She got weird with me and I told her it was inconvenient that I would have to do it again. She said "Well it's inconvenient that I have to call you!" She then inappropriately blamed her staff. I was shocked and explained that I was the customer. I contaced corporate and let them know about my experience and that I wished to cancel. She then called me while I was working today and seemed unhinged! Sounds like others had a similar experience with who I presume was the owner. A shame since the folks who work there are lovely, but I do not want to give her any more of my money!
