I’ve come to get pedicures at City Nails for the last 10 years. As for manicures, I prefer to keep my nails natural. My commitment to Ann at City Nails is reinforced every time I come because of her personalized attention to my care - the pedicure, the wonderful therapeutic massage and the consistent end result. I don’t profess to have beautiful feet but she sure makes them presentable. On occasion, I’ve gone elsewhere when I did not time my appointments in advance. At these places, there were bells and whistles, but an almost impersonal, commercialized service. I didn’t feel like a valued customer and I am not a fussy person. I guess I come to Ann, as do most of her loyal cadre of customers, because we love this almost family-like atmosphere in her simple establishment. You see a hard working person who cares for her business. City Nails is like a hidden gem of a restaurant. You know the food will be good! Bless her dear heart.

The staff is professional and very thorough- they do quality work. Their pedicures are very relaxing.

The business owners keep their doors locked during business hours! Wow! Walk-ins are definitely not welcome. When someone came to unlock the door I her I need a manicure. She said "No manicure for you". I felt like I was talking to the soup Man from Seinfeld. ... I wasn't asked about coming another time or scheduling something. Another Wowie! These people are definitely close minded and paranoid!(Still using forcing masks. Their was a large mask sign on the door -1/2023.) They deserve no stars for not following proper business conduct. Head somewhere else fast for pretty feet and hands!

I'm so glad to have found this place, Anne was amazing! So professional, skilled, and thorough. My nails were a mess from a previous job, and by the end of the night they were back to looking healthy and pretty again. This will be my go to place from now on, and I can forget the madness in Montgomery and Princeton. Honestly, compared to what's on the market, my personal opinion is that this place doesn't charge enough for the quality of their work.

I don't get my nails done often, but I always go to City Nails when I do! The owner Ann is so nice and helpful. She's always willing to give advice and suggestions on nail color and style. She helped me find the perfect slightly sheer nude shade for a wedding I was in last time I went in. 10/10 would recommend highly.

I called to change my appointment time and the technician said that would be fine. When I arrived for a manicure there were four people getting pedicures by two technicians. How is that going to work? I should've left. They helped me remove the gel polish. Friendly ladies. They should've let me know that there would be a wait but I think they just said yes to everyone that was coming in the door though there were only two nail technicians for 5 of us there when I arrived. This is an older salon that is in desperate need of remodeling and cleaning.

If I could give negative stars I would. When I walked into this salon I was not greeted, but I was looked at like I was an animal. I requested a polish Change because I had just got white and it looked old. It was a total of two customers in the salon at the time, one getting a pedicure and one getting their nails done. The lady looked and me, then looked at another worker and told me they didn’t have time...perhaps it it because I am a woman of color. But what I do know, is I’ll never step foot in that salon again and I will let my friends know to do the same.

Stopped in here today to get my son prom prep Pedi & Wax done. They took him right away made us feel right at home!!! He enjoyed the pedicure!!! Eyebrow wax is perfect!!! Ladies were very kind & professional!!! $35 for pedicure & eyebrow wax is good price. Thank you again for the great service!!!
