I came to breathing dragon yoga following an experience that left me deeply distraught. Little did I know that the this community was going to save my life. I am not one to choose stillness, I am rather neurotic, but when I arrived here for my first hot yoga class in over 10 years, just like the immense sweat multiplying out of my pores, it all melted away--I was still, I was present, and felt the courage to overcome the adversity I had just faced. I was welcomed with open arms, warmth ,and support. Every single individual and instructor I've encountered here has made me feel eternally grateful that I am able to practice yoga in their presence. My life will never be the same now that I've come here and I am not looking back. I need BDY like I need oxygen. You absolutely must come here, breathing dragon yoga creates a very spiritual and sacred space for you.

Best hot yoga in Montgomery (whole state of NJ for the matter) ... hands down, no contest ... Breathing Dragon Yoga. After 10 years of practice, I can say that my experience with this community has been life changing, and beneficial beyond the yoga room. It's not fitness, it's not exercise, its mindfulness, meditation, elevation, and transformation. It has been a life changer for me in my life.Thank you to all of the wonderful instructors, students, and even more specifically to the owners (Mori & Michael) who continue to create community and opportunities for all who come to their space.Need more than an exercise class or a superficial experience in yoga postures? Come join the dragon's den. It is truly life changing.

There is a very weird energy in this studio, I felt so uncomfortable. Also, when practicing yoga I appreciate the playful, fun side of things where everything just feels good but this studio lacks that.

So happy to find this hot yoga studio during my visit. I loved each and every class but the most I enjoyed was Laiko class. She’s an incredibly sweet lady and teaches the vinyasa style which I love ? And she took this awesome pic ?

Staffs pretty supportive and helpful I like that they help you with your personal yoga journey!Mori's very helpful at getting you stronger and bettering technique.... Jeris has really great knowledge of the human scuplt.....James is very knowledgable... i do love all their unique approaches on the practice...

We recently moved to the area, and my first task was to find a Yoga Studio. I came upon Breathing Dragon Montgomery and purchased a new student 2-week pass. Finding Breathing Dragon after being at my prior studio for 10 years was truly a blessing. The heat and humidity are perfect, the Yoga Instructors are wonderful, well-trained, caring, motivating, and full of love. A great well-rounded schedule to fit anyone's busy life. I highly recommend Breathing Dragon. The owners Mori and Michael are always available and run a wonderful studio.

Mori provides such a warm and welcoming environment.She’s very knowledgeable towards training, sculpting my workout to better my herniated disc in my lower back, all while being mindful of my experience level (or lack there of) to where I can workout at a pace that I am comfortable with.All the same can be said about her staff as well.

Of the few different Bikram style studios I have tried, Breathing Dragon Yoga is by far my favorite. I have been a student here for over 2 years and since day 1 I have felt welcome and accepted by all of the instructors as well as other students. There are people of all ages and all body types in class and no one is ever favored or made to feel uncomfortable by an instructor. You are greeted by name every time you enter or leave the studio and the instructors all do a great job at offering personal corrections to each student during class, but never so much so that you feel picked on. All instructors walk the line perfectly between pushing you to do your best and letting you take care of your body that day in whatever way feels right for you. Each class offers a workout for your body as well as clarity for your mind. I am so thankful for this studio, especially during the last year!
