“Visited on a very rainy day, and the manager with the tats (Sara I believe) was kind enough to offer to help me lift my stroller up the stairs, because the lift was not working. Her overall demeanor was very kind and welcoming. Then the associate who assisted me was also very pleasant. He was tall, had cornrows (Giovani I think) and I believe he said he was new to the store, although he came across like he’d been working there for a while. Another great interaction. The store was clean and had a good vibe. There was only one employee upstairs who didn’t smile, didn’t greet me and my daughter, or ask if we needed help, although we were feet from her. She had braids, and her demeanor just didn’t scream customer centric. She was directing an employee so she may have also been a manger. Anyway, we ended up purchasing a couple items and will definitely visit again!”

Laura, the owner, is simply fabulous and lovely to work with. She has keen eye for style, fashion, trends.....you name it. She will take the the time to insure you get exactly what you need. She is the best. KeiAuntie is an amazing stylist, as well, so lovely and helpful. Each time I'm in DR I find myself wanting to hang out with them as it's just like being with your bestie, fun chit chat, playing with beautiful clothing and accessories. You get the drift!! “A special thank you to Lourdes and her associate at Talbots Upper Montclair for going above and beyond! They helped my mother with a return, brought everything curbside so we didn't have to go inside during the pandemic, and also found an additional sweater that my mom loved. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I so appreciate the multiple curbside trips they made in horrible weather. We love penguins, and they had a plethora of penguin items!”
