I had verizon since before they were verizon . I could'nt get service in many popular locations . At my house I had to have internet for their 5g extender so I could get service on my phone !? To top it all off I know someone who works for them that causes me many problems. He works for verizon and does'nt even do 40 hours a week. Is this where my money was going ? So I got rid of them and I found out what it should be like to have a real service. Not to mention I saved a ton of money.

Came here tonight. Joe helped us. Friendly, efficient service!! He resolved the problem quickly with a smile on his face. The store also has a large selection of accessories and is kept neat. I’ll be back.

One of the best if not THE BEST experiences with any mobile store I’ve ever had. I walked in one day just to chat with a Joe about what offers or deals they had because I just got back from T Mobile and they couldn’t offer anything that made sense financially.So Joe tells me to pull up my account with T Mobile, finds me an even better plan with Verizon for the same amount I’m paying T-Mobile … here’s the twist … he did this all in less than 10 minutes… wait there’s more …Joe was so knowledgeable on the company products and promotions that I got upgraded to an IPhone 15 Plus pretty much free of charge with an old beat up IPhone 5s that I had laying around as a trade in … also since I have Fios internet Joe let me know that I can get $10 off my bill if I combine the two accounts, additionally I got another $10 off my bill for auto pay … and I got another $200 bill credit through the My Verizon App just like Joe recommended. In the end with all the deductions and bill credits, I got a brand new phone, I’m paying the same amount I did with T Mobile and now on an even faster 5G network.When the phone came in Joe set it up and transferred all my data within 10-15 minutes.It doesn’t get any better than this, go in and ask for Joe, phenomenal experience all around.Btw this new camera is pretty sweet!10/10 would recommend! Keep up the great work!

Andrew, the district manager helped my husband and I over the weekend to get new phones. This was probably the only time in my entire life where everything went flawlessly at a Verizon store.I cannot recommend his expertise enough

I had a fantastic experience at this location. Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He sat with me until we found the best solution possible for my phone and plan. He answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend visiting this location for any and all concerns/questions regarding your service.

We pay over $200 for our monthly phone plan. One of our Apple Watches died. We bought a replacement but the store refused to help us set it up with our network. Terrible customer service. We will look into switching to AT&T or T-Mobile for better customer service. This store location has very unhelpful people.

Joe went above & beyond today to troubleshoot my iPhone network services. He understood my frustrations, came up with alternative solutions, and stayed committed until we had a solid plan to resolve the issues, no matter how long it took. Very friendly! I walked into the store without any cellular service or data and left with a working phone! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I was in the store this past weekend needing to update my Google Pixel 5 to an iPhone 14. Brenda was so incredibly helpful and patient as she worked with me on the upgrade. The transfer of files from my old phone to my new phone took several hours, but Brenda allowed me to leave and come back a few hours later while she monitored the transfer for me. When I came back to get my phone, she allowed me keep me old phone for an additional day to make sure all of my files had transferred and could bring it back the next morning to get the trade-in credit.Such a great experience, we will definitely be back for any further Verizon mobile support!

My husband and I both went to get new iPhones today at the Verizon store on South Park st. In Montclair. Neither of us are too “tech” oriented. Brenda was so incredibly Helpful… she spent over 2 hours with us transferring everything over to our new phones, and explaining many things to us, . She was so patient and sweet and very calm and knowledgeable!! She answered our endless questions so cheerfully! She multitasks better than anyone I know! Best experience we’ve ever had getting new phones! She needs to be cloned!!!

Jamie is a really great sales rep, he gave us the best options available to us and after finding out- the phone we ordered was the wrong size he was able to quickly satisfy our needs and we were able to walk away with two new phones! I went to this store to upgrade to the iPhone 14plus. I was assisted by the absolute best associate Brenda. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood every step of the process. It’s not everyday you get great customer service. Great experience, smooth transaction and a great location.

This was the best cell phone service and experience that I have ever had. Joseph was extremely accommodating, even staying open late to help me. He explained everything clearly and found every discount/offer available. I would HIGHLY recommend this store for all things wireless and beyond if you are in Montclair!
