She takes time to explain any issues, giving pros and cons of different possible treatments, and then gives her treatment suggestion. She is willing to take the time to answer any questions the owner may have. The staff is polite and friendly. I have only used the other vet, Dr Miller, half a dozen times. She is very thorough and also willing to answer questions. I cannot imagine taking my pets any place else.”
