They have trouble with payment machine. Hard to see why it's always a problem and makes me reluctant to return even if the owner is a good guy.

I will never stop at the Montclair Valero gas station in Watchung Plaza, again. I asked for $15 regular and then the attendant said the machine went up to $35 and he didn't know why. When I asked to be reimbursed, the manager came over and said NO, and when I persisted, he threatened to call the Cops on me. Horrible experience and a lack of honesty here which has cured me of any desire to return.

The gas attendant charged me $256 for a tank of gas! Terrible to see on my account, and then I couldn't reach them for a refund, so I had to notify my bank. Be careful, anyone who gets gas there!

Terrible customer service. Tried using their vacuum cleaner, for which they charge 75 cents, and it didn't work. Though there were no other customers in the area, getting their attention was challenging. They at first tried claiming the machine worked, then that I should try fixing it, and then weren't the least helpful in at least giving back the lost money. There are enough honest service stations around, guys. Even in Montclair. I'm staying well clear of this one.
