I popped in and asked if they had any watches and was presented with two boxes of amazing, curated time pieces with prices that were accurate and required no negotiation. They actually still managed to take a bit off the price for me but seriously, it’s not common to see watches priced at true market value from the start so these guys know what they’re doing. I walked out with a beautiful vintage Omega that I can’t wait to wear on my wedding day. Thank you!

They have such an amazing collection of high quality vintage/antique jewelry. The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and truly passionate about what they do. I can tell they love to build relationships with their customers and are very honest and not just trying to make a sale like I’ve felt at many others place I’ve been to before finding Tina jewelers! Tina jewelry sold me a counterfeit David Yurman necklace. Which was confirmed by David Yurman with several emails. They checked their system, had troubles finding the item, and lastly said they had no record of such a piece and that it could not be confirmed as a true piece of David Yurman.After comparing several David Yurman necklaces to what was sold to me it became clear it was a fake. It looks nothing like any David Yurman necklace construction ever made.The representatives from the store were not only rude but dishonest and when I told them about what was discovered and wanted my refund and to return the piece they became very unprofessional. I had to contact the jewelry vigilance committee and open a dispute with the card company.They are so dishonest that they sent a letter to the card company claiming we never requested a return for the piece, and that they would gladly take back the item if returned. Today I tried to confirm the address to return and you know what they said?They didn’t write the letter and that they will not issue a return! So now they claim our card company wrote this letter and mailed it to us? The most dishonest jewelry store I have ever dealt with.The dispute is still going and I have several letters, emails, and documentation to support that this store is dishonest and has refused to refund my money while they sold us a counterfeit item that can’t be confirmed as a true piece of a name brand company by the representatives after they reviewed it and checked their archives.This has been my personal experience with them. They are not to be trusted.I am still waiting for them to confirm address to mail item insured. Now they are ignoring messages.
