This is the second time I've purchased a phone from this store, and I can honestly say it will be my last.The issues:1. Inventory on the web didn't reflect inventory in store. Not really their fault, but a bit of a let-down.2. The sales reps would not accept a US Passport Card as identification even though it is an official, US Goverment Issued ID. Again - the tablet wouldn't let them, so, not their fault...but come on! There should be an apparatus to accommodate situations like this.3. The sales rep I dealt with was entirely unaware of the "Forever Upgrade" program (which oddly enough I was enrolled in two years ago at this very store). I had to intervene when he was about to complete my device trade without that promotion applied.4. The sales rep was not communicative when it came to the terms of the financing agreement, or what would even be financed. He also was not clear on how my trade-in value would be applied, and how the difference between the trade-in value and the promotion value would be applied. I had to call customer service to get clarity on this when I got home.5. Looking at my bill on the website afer the fact, I'm also aware now that I didn't just pay "taxes and fees" up front. I also apparently made a "down payment" up front, which it appears my trade-in value was applied towards. This is fine, but SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED IN THE STORE.6. It turns out that the "bundle" of a power adapter and a screen protector that I was forced to take was in fact FINANCED without my knowlege. I found out when I looked at my account after I got home. YOU OPENED A LINE OF CREDIT IN MY NAME WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE FOR AN AMOUNT I COULD HAVE PAID OUT OF POCKET THEN AND THERE. THIS IS FRAUD. I was able to call customer service and have this corrected, but this never should have happened.7. The rep also ADDED INSURANCE to my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT or KNOWLEDGE. I also called customer service to correct this, which they were happy to do.8. The sales rep in the store handed me only the first page of my four page receipt, leaving out important details about the promotion, the payment breakdown, the return policy, the dispute policy, etc... not acceptable. It turns out there was a whole lot of paperwork I didn't even get to see on the tablet he was tapping away at, including the finance agreement and the trade-in terms. All things I found associated with my account on the website after the fact. Not acceptable.I *think* everything is straightened out now, but I am honestly not sure. What I *am* sure of though is that these folks are not trustworthy. Never ever again.

Felt compelled to write a review after our experience tonight. Josh and Eduardo had such patience and calmness when we came in a little later to the store for a trade-in. We didn’t back up the iPhone before heading in and nonetheless they did their best to speed up the process and were very kind throughout. T-Mobile give those guys a raise!!! You don’t get customer service like this just anywhere anymore. Thank you both again so much; we appreciate you!

Josselyn helped me in the store and she was the nicest employee I’ve met with TMobile. She was knowledgeable, hard working and went out of her way to help me. I was so grateful for her expertise and kindness. Thank you Josselyn :).

They lure you in with device promotions and switch you to a more expensive plan. This happened to us twice and on both instances the sales people where no longer working at the store. Be careful and make sure you fully understand what they are offering you.

Staffs are lack of basic knowledge. This black dude Josh doesn't know any about Tmobile service and products. The other black guy is even worse with an attitude. Pathetic!

Young lady was very rude when I was asking for basic information about the charges and charger port. She did not know anything really and told me not to be rude when I handed her my credit card. I said have a good day and she continued to say rude things to me. How unprofessional!

Rain (not to sure of the spelling of her name) was awesome. Very polite, very informative and did the research right Infront of me to ensure she gave the correct information. I have been misinformed by reps and customer service alike, so this was very much appreciated. I will definitely be going back to this store for my wireless needs, because of how she treated me today.

Had to go to 3 different T-Mobile stores to find one, in another town, which was full service. The stores in Montclair should close, as employees say that all they do is sell phones. Nothing else

I had a terrible experience the first time I came here. Pebbles was really rude. I asked a few questions she gave me attitude. She also gave me the wrong information. Although all of the other employees are cool, and super helpful.
