I was skeptical of a shoe company I have never heard of selling an area rug but I took the chance. This morning I recoeved a call from a gentleman asking to confirm my address that I had typed incorrectly. He alerted to the problem and acted to immediately reach out and solve it. I am extremely impressed.”
