I live in California and sent a birthday arrangement to my partners mother last year from an online service and when she sent me the photo I was so embarrassed I wanted to die! I can’t even put into words how bad it was, I didn’t even think something like that would be remotely possible. It wasn’t even the same color or flowers in the photo and they were mostly dead upon arrival. I reached out to Rosaspina this year, explained what happened with the last service and asked if they could deliver but send me a photo first. They were able to put together a beautiful birthday arrangement on short notice with the color palate I requested and were very helpful and communicative. The arrangement speaks for itself. Highly recommend

Called them less than 2 hours before closing wondering if they could make an arrangement for a last minute gift - they were so kind, and got it done within an hour! It blew me away, it’s SO gorgeous and the pricing was super reasonable for such an incredible arrangement. Definitely my new go-to!

I sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday. I ordered from their online arrangements because they reminded me of her wedding flowers. Not only were they as pretty as expected, but they sent me a picture of the actual arrangement and notification it had been delivered. The customer service is as impressive as their flower arrangements. Thank you! My daughter loved them.

Received a beautiful arrangement for Mother’s Day from my daughter. She ordered the luxury arrangement and paid a lot of money for them. Well, 4 days later a lot of them were dead. I reached out to Rosaspina and sent them pictures and all they said was that my daughter could get a 20% off next purchase! Very disappointed to say the least. Horrible customer service in my opinion! You don’t pay over $200 for flowers and 4 days later die. Never again will I or she be ordering from them.

I cant recommend this place enough. My fiancé and I placed an order for a couple centerpieces and one large vase arrangement for our small engagement party. As soon as we walked into the store I saw an arrangement one of the girls had just finished and it was exactly what I was looking for for our special day. Lindsey was so diligent and professional from the very beginning selecting options/prices until the very end of us receiving our order and helping us secure them in the car. Will definitely order from them again!

The flowers I ordered were disappointing. The blue vase in the photo was replaced with a cheap clear vase and they charged me 40.00 of service and delivery fees when the site said it was free shipping. The flowers were okay, but should have cost half as much since one of the two iris was wilting. For 70.00 I thought there would be more than two lilies in the bouquet. I took a chance on this florist. I wouldn't say it was my worst ever experience, but when I called to ask them about this they couldn't find the order and would not try to correct the over charge. I will not do business with them again.
