So grateful to have this full service branch still available to me for personal and business use. Aldrich and Minerva are amazing! Their kindness and professionalism is a perfect combination. Everyone at this branch is so pleasant! It’s a much appreciated rarity.

I’ve been using this PNC branch for the last nine years since moving to the neighborhood. All the staff has been transferred or promoted to other branches in the last few weeks. The former employees were efficient and personable, really an effortless pleasure to do business with!Now I wait for rude employees who seem to hate their jobs. Never coming back.. thankfully Woodland Park is well run.

I stopped in today to have some servicing done on my account and I was instantly greeted by Shimeka. Throughout my time there, she was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went in to do a simple name change on my credit card and left with a brand new checking and savings account. This bank has its own parking lot, which is great considering many places in Montclair don't. They also offer coffee in the lobby for clients. Overall a great experience.
