Buyer beware! I recently bought a bracelet at Nouvelle, the non-consignment part of this store. My daughter wore the bracelet twice before it broke - fell off her wrist broken while she just sat there. I asked the store owner for a replacement or credit and her reaction was awful and definitely not customer service oriented. She said I could pay for a repair and she would reimburse me for half. I told her that didn't seem fair and that she should stand by the products she sells. She said once an item leaves the store she cannot be responsible for it, blamed my daughter (18) for probably being careless, and proceeded to try convince me of her POV in the most condescending and misguided way. She insisted as a small business owner she can't be on the hook for things that go wrong once items are bought. However, I believe that ESPECIALLY as a small business owner, you need to cherish each and every customer and make sure you're not selling them junk - and she just lost at least one customer in me. Good customer service is really not that hard - don't shop here if you want it.

Arlene and her team are amazing! On February 25, 2023, I was on a road trip and found One Savvy Design on Yelp. Their merchandise is high quality and their customer service is second to none. They use Entrupy to authentic their bags and include the paperwork with your purchase. They have a huge collection of designers bags, unique clothes and stunning jewelry! It's impossible to leave empty-handed. Happy shopping!

My daughter and I visited this shop for the first time today. One of the shop attendants greeted us at the door, and asked if we'd been there before. Since we hadn't, she explained that one side of the store is the boutique, and the other side is the consignment side. She proceeded to tell me that I looked familiar, and then commented to my daughter "you look scary". Mind you, my daughter is a typical looking teenager, with a hoodie and flannel pants on, no makeup, glasses, and in general, pretty unassuming. She then corrected herself (probably because of the look on our faces), and said "oh just kidding, you look fine". My immediate thought was what the heck was that? Teen girls have enough negative messages in the media, telling them they are not good enough, and then an adult makes an ignorant comment such as this one. We stayed for a couple of minutes and then left. EDIT: I've since contacted the owner, who address the situation with the employee, and communicated with me a couple of times, that she wanted to make things right for my daughter. While the employee's comment cannot be unsaid, I appreciate the business owner's concern about what occurred and wanting to make things right for my daughter.

A cute boutique with a lot of unique and fun styles. I bought the aura spray here made with lavender eo, sweet orange eo and chamomile. I love the way it smells. So peaceful and comes in a pretty blue bottle with the packaging of lily of the valley. Also got the face oil and I really like it, use it with my rose quartz tool with gua sha. Love to come back here! Wonderful store!

This place is so cute! I'm trying to start visiting more thrift and consignment shops, and this shop will definitely be in my rotation. The owner Arlene greeted me at the door and was super friendly. She explained that the shop has a mix of preowned and new items and that they've been around for 9 years. The fact that the store is still standing during this pandemic shows that she has a loyal client base that appreciated the quality of the store. Everything in the store looked brand new and was super trendy. For me, the customer service is what made the experience so awesome. A smile and good service goes a long way! I can't wait to shop there again and get some new items to add to my closet.

Beautiful clothing and nice store but shady return policy! . I returned two items and was told “we are only exchanging right now”. I asked for a store credit as stated on the receipt - and in the store by the register states store credit for returns within 7 days with original tags - my return fit all of the parameters I was frustrated and confused and was forced to pick out items in the store I did not want. Horrible experience.

Lovely collection of quality clothing. Was shopping for a graduation dress and everything I liked was in the $375-$500 range new. I happened to be in the area and stopped into One Savvy to browse. I left with four designer dresses (Rebecca Miller, Tracey Reese, BCBG) and a few accessories for the price of one new designer dress made in China. Consignment rocks.

I love this store and you will too. A true Gem....One Savvy Design has so many beautiful pieces including clothes, shoes, bags, accessories and all for great prices. The style of the store is awesome and Arlene is amazing, personable and creative! She works hard to find clothes that match each customers style and size, and she gives quality attention to each customer. She will even run around the store to find pieces that will work for you, and she is honest about styles that may not be good for you. It's a personal and enjoyable experience unlike at a department store.
