Disappointed that I placed an order for a 2023 grad yard sign to find out after the fact they are back ordered then my order was cancelled all together because I asked for a sign that said 2023 not 2022 and you didn’t offer it. Why would I want last years sign? Had to run around and find a place that would make one not what I would expect the month of graduation

People are kind and helpful, I’m a student here and so far between renting books and questions about books they’ve been extremely knowledgeable and care about the needs of others.

Well, MSU never fails to disappoint. I got a call from my daughter last night at 8:21pm. She was standing in the pouring rain and crying. Why? Because MSU thinks it’s ok to put a boot on a students car for $155 overdue parking tickets. I have been trying to resolve these to no avail. Most of the tickets they had on record were not even for my daughter’s car! Luckily she was able to have a friend pick her up. However, she had to miss classes today since she had no car and parking didn’t open until 10am. How on earth does MSU justify leaving a child stranded?

As a father picking up a gift for my son who will be going to this school I was not impressed by the customer service on this store. Just 1/3 of attendants I interacted with was pleasant and helpful, the other two were merely as interested as a toll booth attendant.

Terrible experience with advising. I feel like every time I email them I get a copied and pasted robotic response. Advisors are supposed to be there to help you and answer questions, but I could not get an answer out of many of the advisors I asked despite being escalated to the head of the department. It’s only gotten worse since the pandemic began, which is understandable, but still would not recommend this university to anyone on that basis.

They never pick up the phone when you call!! It’s horrible .. Not one person . Why have a phone number then?!

Seriously disgusted with this place. They don’t have enough books for students registered for courses and never answer their phone when you call them. What a joke!
