I asked for advice on a product and she answered but was bad attitude. She didn't smile, she wasn't nice so I don't want to go to there anymore. Terrible customer service and general bad attitude.

Things are beautiful, customer service sucks.. very sad to have such a beautiful place with such bad customer Service.

Honestly, I've only heard bad things about Jafajems over the years, but I didn't experience any. Perhaps, I knew what I wanted, went in and grabbed them. I saw these scarves from Ghana, so I grabbed one for my mom. She loved it. No complaints from me and I'll stop back in periodically
