Haha! After reading some of the other reviews, I can see I’m not the only person who thinks Frankie is AMAZING! That woman is the best juggler I’ve ever seen outside of the circus. How she manages to take care of so many different things at the same time, all while making customers feel welcome and taken care of is…..I can’t even think of any words. Hertz - you are so lucky to have her!

Best place around to get a car rental. Always reliable, cars are well maintained and clean. Best of all, Francesca, takes care of you like no others. She's the reason why I only rent at hertz. I can’t say enough good things about every interaction I have had with her since I became a Hertz member.. She's the best!

There’s a good reason why her name is mentioned over and over again in reviews - she cares about her customers and is extremely competent and conscientious. I truly can’t say enough good things about every interaction I have had with her over the years.

I have rented from here numerous times and the front desk agent is very pleasant and accommodating. Never a bad experience...definitely a must go to when rental is needed.
