I have a stunning Heidi Daus watch. A few months after purchase, I had to send it back for repair, no problem. Today the stem of the watch came out. I called and Karen answered the phone. She is a very rude person, screaming at me, telling me their warranty program has changed. She told me I was in a bad mood because I wanted to repaired. Finally, she said go ahead and send it, she will open it and send it back, without repair. Heidi Daus jewelry is fabulous. It is also expensive. The stem fell out of this watch. When purchased, it was under lifetime warranty. I have had it for about three years, and this is the second time it requires repair. That is a lot, and now Karen screamed at me that it will not be fixed. She hung up on me. I called back and will ship the watch just in case. Be aware.

Really nice, innovative fashion jewelry. Sometimes the quality of the constructions (ie stringing) is a bit lacking, but they stand behind everything and will do free repairs. I own at least 25 pieces and just love looking at it.

Trying to get through their customer service is horrendous, they don't have anyone answering phones and on top of that they kept our return and didn't refund due to past 30 days .. then return the items !!!!! I'm prepared to report them to the business bureau their a very shady company. Currently working with someone who is going to help me withdraw their line from HSN for their many reasons. Good luck staying in business after that

I absolutely fell in love with Heidi Daus products. They are beautifully made, sparkle more than any picture captures and are pure works of art. I also find her clothing to be top quality. If that wasn’t enough, she repairs jewelry if needed. I also became a part of the community of ladies that value these collectors pieces. So much fun!

GORGEOUS high end couture jewelry. Some would call it costume but it's not. Its high quality, using Swarovski crystals and the most beautiful designs. I order something and before ya know it, its in my paws! The most beautiful jewelry outside of the Smithsonian I've ever seen!

I can't go a day without my sparkle from a Heidi Daus piece. I have always loved jewelry but I must say, I am obsessed with Heidi's designs. Not only is the jewelry and clothing gorgeous, they have the best customer service. I am a Heidi Girl and proud of it!

The customer service used to be wonderful....but now it has become nonexistent. I wanted help placing an order. I tried many times to reach someone anyone there but to no avail. And I have been buying jewelry from Heidi since day 1 and have oodles of beautiful pieces. But I am wondering if I need help from customer service how will that happen??All pieces have a lifetime warranty but how would I utilize that if no one can be reached there. Also her pieces used to be such high quality but as the years have gone by her pieces have diminished in quality a lot. It's just not the quality it used to be. Help Heidi!
