CVS is a popular pharmacy chain that generally provides a good overall experience, with a few exceptions. The store has a helpful and pleasant young pharmacist, as well as mostly competent technicians, though a few may not be as skilled. Customers have reported positive experiences, with staff assisting them in finding the right products and saving money through coupons. The pharmacist, Yousef, is particularly praised for his attentiveness and professionalism in handling medication needs. However, some customers have noted that service quality has suffered due to personnel cutbacks, leading to longer wait times and difficulty finding certain products. Additionally, the pricing and organization of over-the-counter items could be improved to better assist the elderly and family members. Despite these minor issues, CVS remains a reliable pharmacy option for many customers.
Why can't I call and speak with a pharmacist? Why do I have to go through a time-consuming app that cannot answer my question? Why is there no option to speak with someone directly? I am a long-time patron and I don't understand this run-around.

Your pharmacy has the most appalling customer service. You should be embarrassed. No people skills, very rude, unhelpful. Go to a local pharmacy these people do not care at all about you or your needs.

There's an excellent young woman (pharmacist) who is very helpful and pleasant. The techs are mostly very good but there are a few duds.
It's a good store overall but you can tell with personnel cutbacks that service is suffering.
