There's an employee at this bank, instead of doing her job she was chatting with someone about his house while people are wait to get service.

Extremely poor customer service. We came in to open an account for our newly minted 16 year old and we have been waiting for 1 hour to meet with someone. Customer service is non-existent. No apologies, no acknowledgement, no nothing......I totally see why this branch has a 2/5 star average. Never again.
