Extremely poor customer service. We came in to open an account for our newly minted 16 year old and we have been waiting for 1 hour to meet with someone. Customer service is non-existent. No apologies, no acknowledgement, no nothing......I totally see why this branch has a 2/5 star average. Never again.

Chase is one of the worst banks that you can bank with. I just closed my account because they invest my money fossil fuel projects that are contributing to the climate crisis. I attempted to explain to the manager that I am unhappy with my money being using to fund these types of projects but he had no interest. I'd rather keep my money under my mattress.

I was verbally assaulted at the location. When I asked for an employee to repeat what they said to me they responded "do you not speak English?" I felt very uncomfortable and left. I do not recommend this location.

We have been going to this branch since before it relocated and always have found the staff helpful, professional, and courteous.

I try to avoid this branch if I can. There is only one ATM, its drive-up with a despository next to it. So of course the line is always long. Only one upside, there is ample parking in the lot.

Worst branch. Twice I scheduled a meeting with a branch representative. Each time no one called me at the appointed time. Then when I called the branch, I got a recorded message saying that no one is available to take my call, and then a hangup. Why did Chase close the other Montclair locations and leave open this unprofessional branch?

One atm machine at this location. Then you go inside to withdraw the money. One teller and then she walks away for a bit. Not impressed.

Terrible customer service. Greeter at the front is a useless position; the woman there this morning could not do anything. The line grew and grew and she was useless. Could not even make change. Very poorly run this morning.

Money grubbing !! Chase should worry about servicing their customers better than making a buck renting out their parking lot . Drove to this particular Chase with very limited parking spaces for customers and almost backed into a car just getting out because the lot is full with cars paying $10 . Think about your customers Chase !!!
