In reality, I made a purchase online band, and I had to return it because it did not suit well the person it was meant to. I did like the store, the whole street vibes are awesome, I was pretty well treated, even if I had to do some waiting, everything went on smoothly, with friendly smiles and effectiveness.

I came this morning to the store with full intention of buying pants. Initially, one of the sales reps was amazing assisting me with sizes and setting up my fitting room. Then at the fitting room, one of the sales rep was nice and the other was so condescending she just made the whole shopping experience bad. I asked about the length of one of the pants I was trying on and her immediate response was "I don't know", then later on she makes the comment that "I have been in the fitting room for too long" when there was only one other customer in the fitting rooms. Truthfully, such a rude comment for her to say especially as a busy mom I barely have time to go shopping for myself. Finally, I asked for more pants of the same type and she was once again so condescending that I was regretting going there. If it wasn't for the first customer rep and the cashier I would've given this store a zero. So for next time, please do not respond with "I don't know" and never rush a customer in the fitting room.

Came in for a return and ended up browsing their beautiful selection. The ladies downstairs were sooooo kind and friendly. Will come back to this location when I’m in the area. Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff and beautiful location! I would definitely recommend it, I wish there were more home items but I'm glad they had a good amount of clothes to shop from

Horrible store manager. This happened today;We were standing at an incorrect queue by mistake and another long line was forming in the parallel lane. Michela Baker (not sure if we spelled it correctly) at Store 531 was very rude with us and arrogantly made a remark, “I’m not sure who came first but you guys got to figure out for yourself because you are standing in a wrong queue. I don’t care.”This is not how you behave with your customer. We would have gladly moved if she would have politely said that we are in the wrong queue. Or would she have behaved differently if the color of our skin was different?Anthropologie - please don’t hire people who can’t provide a good service and customer experience!

Slowest sales people I've ever encountered. Every - single - visit. If you're ever in a hurry, don't bother. Too chatty, not enough productivity.
