I brought in my suburban for an oil change and requested they check my breaks as I had been hearing a "grinding" sound for about 2 weeks. When picking up my car I asked about the breaks, I was told the front breaks were close to needing replacement but wouldn't need them until the next oil change. I asked what could be causing the grinding and was told it was metal fibers in the break pads. I left feeling a little better I had checked on my car for the safety of my family but still felt the grinding when breaking. 1 week later and I looked closely at my front rotor and see it's shredded. I'm so disgusted that these men would let me leave with an unsafe car and basically diminished my concerns. I will never return.

Awful place would never recommend to anyone. Took my car there for a simple tire repair and damaged my wheel in multiple places. They took no accountability and made it clear they were not interested in the least bit to correct the situation.

These guys overbooked and just cant handle the volume they're doing now. I made an appt a week ahead of time and got my truck there when we agreed but they let it sit in their lot for three hours because they put someone in front of me. There was no way they were going to compete it when agreed so I just took the truck back. They don't take responsibility for their actions Their prices are no gift.

I've been here a few times and these guys always do a great job. They not only sell tires but they also do mechanical repairs. Shocks, brakes, tune ups, you name it. I came today to have wheels mounted on my truck. I was in and out in 40 minutes. They also re-calibrated the pressure sensors to match my display screen on my dashboard.

I went to get an oil change 40 minutes before they closed. There was one car in the garage and nothing else going on. They told me that they were closed when it was only 5:20. Other places I've been have taken only 15 minutes for an oil change so I'm not sure why they were not willing to work on my car before they actually closed. Then when I went the next day, I was the first one there before opening and I saw two people waiting outside after I got there. They were trying to have one of their buddies with go in front of me. Thankfully, I spoke up and they took my car first. Overall poor customer service and poor attitude. Not going back.

My family and I have been going to Sparta Tire for almost 20 years. I have personally driven a lot of lemons, and they've always been up front and honest with me about my repairs, and are so kind. They have NEVER overcharged me or done things that weren't 100% necessary. Everyone always says that mechanics will try to swindle you, or pull one over on you, especially if you're a woman... not Sparta Tire. Not ever. Their work is of the highest quality and their manner is the same. I recommend them to everyone. If I were on a road trip and broke down, my worst nightmare would be having to go to another shop. They have no equal. They've set the bar high.

I have brought my car here a few times without warning and they ALWAYS accommodate me and get my car in as fast as possible! Their prices are reasonable and they never try to squeeze money out of you for no reason! Very reliable, professional and extremely helpful!!! I won't go anywhere else!!! These guys are great! Not only do they do fantastic work, but their customer service is second to none. You may have to wait a bit, but considering the volume of cars they work on, they do a damn good job!!! I have had tires, brakes, oil changes and other miscellaneous items taken care of here and I have never been unhappy!!!

We've been bringing our vehicles to these guys for years and recently made the mistake of taking a chance on another local business offering a bogus deal. Basically we got hosed and Sparta Tire happily cleaned up the other guy's mess at a discount. These are upstanding and honest gentlemen at Sparta Tire. We won't be taking our future business any where else. Thank you, Pat!
