I want to state that Scotty& staff are very welcoming…. I took my car back there in August. Paid 3000 and some change and still left with the same problem. I spoke to Megan before picking up the car and asked her was everything running smooth and she told me it was better than it was and no, caution lights were on . Less than two hours, I called Scotty back to let them know that my vehicle was doing the same thing that it was doing before I had it towed to them. So she stated after I get my husband’s interlock calibrated for me to drive right back so they can see what’s going so that’s what I did. They didn’t even even take a look at it Megan just came back out to me and told me that the problem was more so inside the engine and they were gonna pass on it after taking my $3200 an didn’t fix the problem that I came in for …I feel like they were throwing parts at my car Just to get it up and running and didn’t do a full diagnosis on the vehicle before doing work on it…..they will state well we had to get it up and running but It was up and running once you put the battery inside of it. I feel as though I was beat for $3200 and my husband did try to dispute the charges, but they went back in Scotty‘s favor. I wish they were honest with me in the beginning and gave me the full diagnose on the entire vehicle it maybe I would’ve been in something new right now, not in debt and still going through the same problems and I also paid $3200 for a battery and alternator and a fuse box way over charged. But I do want to thank them for their warm welcoming business I guess that gets your money ?

The team at Scotty’s Automotive did a phenomenal job working on my truck. I had a lift kit installed, my oil changed, my tires rotated and a wheel alignment done. They got my truck finished in one day and I could not be happier with the work. I would have full confidence in recommending them to anyone who is need of work or maintenance performed on their vehicle.

I love working with the team at Scotty’s. I have pretty high mileage and needed to change my serpentine belt, spark plugs in addition to a few other things. The team made sure the work was done as quickly and efficiently! Best part was they made it affordable for me to keep “oldie” a “goodie”!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Office staff was knowledgeable and very helpful and gracious. I came for a free oil change that I wanted a tricky tray and now I think I've become a regular customer. Just went and got my spark plugs changed quick and easy. Had a good price. And now tomorrow I will be getting new tires. thanks for the service. Great job everyone

Scotty’s always goes the extra mile to get you back on the road. They will always make every effort to squeeze you in and do the work very quickly while still doing things like a complete diagnostic for your care while they give a very comprehensive evaluation of all the work they recommend for your car, they never put any pressure on upselling your for your original work. This allows me to make an informed choice about when I want to do any additional work. Everyone is always very pleasant and professional to deal with.

Scotty’s quickly patched a flat tire for me and included a free inspection of typical maintenance and problem areas that found our car was in great shape but in need of an oil change, so we went back and got it done the next day. This will be my go to car repair shop going forward.
