This is a more modern and clean location. The only negative is that it does not have a self check out register. Sometimes I would just rather operate the register by myself.

Nearly have no problems. Customer service is what you expect from Dollar General. Bring up my stuff say goodbye. Have a nice day. Unfortunately, this particular visit girl name Rikku, heavyset girl with large earrings was rude for someone in customer service as I work customer service myself. I said thank you. She said yup, and proceeded to walk away from the register. She needs to be trained on her manners more.

Convenient with a generally friendly staff. However, one staff member very rudely repeated that they are closed after I had checked out and asked to grab something right by the register. Mind you, there were no other customers in line and it was exactly 10:00 PM on the dot (which is when they close). I understand frustrations with customers expecting service after hours as I have been there myself; but there is no reason to behave in such a manner when it was clearly such a small issue and there was another worker right there who was actually kind and willing to help. Not to mention, by the time I was outside of the store and checked the time it was not even 10:01.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I got a chemical burn from some acne treatment and when i went here for alcohol and hydrogen peroxide two amazing ladies helped me and advised me that aloe and witch hazel would work best and were genuinely concerned about my skin! I could not be more thankful for the kind help and sweet words i always have a great experience when i go here and i will continue to come here as long as the staff stays amazing and friendly how they are now❤️

I LOVE this store - It always has EVERYTHING I need in a very convenient location. They have the best things here for amazing prices! We practically decorated our whole condo with pictures and decorations bought from Dollar General in Montague! The employees here are so sweet, friendly and extremely helpful! Michelle, K, and Ashley are awesome - so are the other people I have dealt with at this location as well I just haven't caught their names yet. Ashley and K really helped me out one day when I accidentally left my debit card at home and they held my things while I ran home to get it. They take customer service above and beyond! I would recommend this store to anyone I know - I wish I could give a MILLION stars!!! I love going to this store they always have what I want or need and it's about 5 minutes from my house not even! Very convenient location! Thank you all at Dollar General in Montague for your help always!!

Bring hearing protection to go here. Whatever music they are playing is straight up horrid. Im in and out 5x faster to not hear the music.

Ashley was a great help when I was at this store. She was able to help me find items that I wasn’t able to find. When she checked me out she was very friendly. I would recommend anyone going to this Dollar General.
