I had an excellent experience with this dealership. Tara promptly responded to my online inquiry within two minutes, demonstrating impressive customer service. The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and prioritized the needs of their customers. Dustin, in particular, was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my questions thoroughly. Additionally, Joe, the finance manager, took the time to explain all the details, ensuring I felt informed and confident in my decisions. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone seeking outstanding service and support.

I definitely had a great experience with Gabe and Joe they did everything in their power to get me a great deal and my little dream suv the process was a great experience especially with being paraplegic and they worked with me and delivered my car to me ….. Update: my car has continued to have issues (at no fault of the dealership) and this time around the service department has been nothing but helpful and understanding for the past 2 weeks my car has been there.
Sales department is amazing, very helpful and kind. Service? Nope. Will go out of their way to make your bad days (brand new GLI doesn’t start and you need a new starter before you make your first payment) even worse. While I won’t publicly post what one service advisor did, just know, if you ever call upset because they didn’t inform you the new starter was in, you will most likely be made fun of publicly because they think you won’t find out. I am now looking into getting out of my brand new car so I never have to give another dime to Volkswagen again.
Forgot to mention, if you do service your car here, make sure they do the multipoint inspection. Will save everyone a headache in the future.

From Dustin to Derek to Tara to Joe the manager, this experience was the absolute best. The last time my wife and I bought new cars was 2007 which were the Saturn Ions. We haven't had a car payment in years but it was time to replace the two old cars. Long story short, Dealerships have rightfully earned a bad reputation for how they treat and handle people. This dealership does not follow that model. You see, 4 years ago a former employee named Mike was very kind to my son and I when he tried to get a Jetta but didn't have the credit yet. 4 years later, I never forgot that moment. This is my first go around with a VW as I've been a Toyota guy for years. Dustin was lightening quick over the phone with getting back to me and did a great job locking in the deal within a few hours. We picked up my wife's blue Jetta that same day. A few days later, I thought, well let's see what they can do with my Toyota Camry for a Jetta. They pulled off the impossible. Got rid of a lot of negative equity in the lease. We now have his and hers sitting in the drive way. Tara has a great disposition over the phone and Derek knows his stuff inside and out! Joe H the manager has an outstanding crew and truly cares about people both the customers and employees. I highly encourage you that if you are in the car market, VW of Salem County will make it much easier to get a great day AND great service! Steve and Ria

Salesman Derek was straightforward to work with. He was knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about the car (GTI) I wanted to buy. I drove 4 hours to purchase specifically from this dealer because their prices on both sale and trade-in, and their manner, were absolutely best of multiple dealers I worked with on my search.

Avry was the all time best car sales person that I’ve ever had! She was extremely helpful, went over and above for me to make sure I was happy, and did all she could to make sure everything was right! I am so happy with my new Tiguan and I would recommend everyone to go buy from her!
