This place is a hot mess! My doctor's office called in prescriptions and no one AT Walgreens even answered (9:00 am) so my doctor left a message by providing the information for my scrips to be filled. After I left the doctor's office, I call to see when it will be ready and they don't even have it. They don't listen to their messages smh. So I go back to my doctor's office and get the scrips and drive it over to them. The girl says it will be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. I show up an hour and a half later and at first she couldn't find the order and then she says it is not even started. Then she says the pharmacist is going on a break so it may be filled later this evening. What a waste of my time. I just went to Rite Aid and got them filled. DO BETTER SMH

The his relates to the pharmacy only. This pharmacy is the worst in the WORLD!! They never call when prescriptions are ready. Doctor will send one day and they won't fill it until days later. I've sat on the phone waiting for hours for someone to pick up the phone to ask why my prescription was taking so long and they've either answered and hung up immediately so they didn't have to hear the phone ring anymore. I've also waited so long I even drove to the store while on hold saw 5 personnel behind the counter and they never even picked up the phone I was meet at the counter and they asked what they could help with. this pharmacy is terrible I wish I was closer to another one so I didn't have to deal with their emotional and physiological abuse.

This is for the pharmacy only, so my Dr sent the rx in yesterday and thier system/app is always messed up and you have to call to verify if your order is done yet or not. Until today the past month trying to get through on the ohine is 1-2hr wait. Which is another issue in itself. So my rx sent yesterday was pending got busy and didn't stop by. Today I call and they flat out told me the other patients meds are more important than mine and that's why they were not filled yesterday! Like are you seriously telling me I'm less important then others? What kind of customer service is that. Amongst many issues I've had with the pharmacy I'd highly recommend going else where for your meds. Especially the 13 south black horse pike Williamstown nj 08094 store! Horrible Horrible service and care there. Now I have to switch all my meds to another pharmacy. This store should be closed down and the employee re trained on how to interact with customers before being sent to another store or at lest re trained and possibly kept. Go find a different pharmacy DO NOT USE WALGREENS!

I was on hold for 26 minutes yesterday and then the person who answered said the scripts for my wife were ready. I specifically asked if the script the doctor at urgent care had sent over earlier in the morning was ready. Again, she said it was ready. When I arrived there was nobody in the lobby or any cars in the drive thru. The same person then told me it wasn’t ready and that it had to be verified by the pharmacist who wasn’t even in the pharmacy at the time.
Today the doctor sent over another script. I attempted to call shortly after 1 PM. Of course, they don’t pick up and I’m on hold for another 26 minutes when the recording comes on and says the pharmacist is now on break and the pharmacy is closed. It says I can either call back in 30 minutes or remain on hold for the 30 minutes.

A normal Walgreens run to print out some photos. The guy behind the counter wasn't really helpful at first but once I asked, he walked me through the process. The photos were high quality and I was pleased with them. I usually come here for medication which is usually seamless and easy.

No one in their right mind would make this particular Walgreens their pharmacy unless their insurer was forcing them to use it for a better rate on drugs, as my insurer is forcing me to do. Case in point: I just ended a call where I needed to speak to a pharmacist about 3 different drugs that are interrelated (i.e., an issue that could not be addressed by the store's horrendous automated phone system). So, I first waited 52 minutes on the line before a pharmacist picked up. She quickly blurted: "Please hold." Then, before I could utter a word, she threw me back on hold. I then sat on hold for another 10 minutes before the phone finally began to ring in anticipation of being picked up. It rang like this for over 3 minutes, and then the line finally disconnected . So there is an hour of my life I'll never get back. NOTE: This is a typical experience when trying to reach a pharmacist at this store, not a one-off. Steer clear of using this place unless you're being compelled to do it.

I had a family emergency and I had to relocate to Jersey. The other pharmacies here in Jersey are horrible. They actually want to throw me out we can't fill your prescriptions here !! That was from Rite Aid . ! I been with Walgreens for over 22 years and this Walgreens is the best there's a few other ones that will help me also but they're a little bit too far out of my way. ! This was right Down the street from where I'm staying with my family it's also their Walgreens too ! I like that 101 they gave me and explain to me what I needed to get done no other pharmacy did it!!

Sitting in the long pharmacy drive through line. It's as slow as can be. So slow that I have time to sit here and write a bad review. Only two cars ahead of me but it's taking so long. All I want to do is pick up a prescription. If they are Covid testing they should do it elsewhere. 30 minutes. When i called the manager all she did was make excuses for the poor service.

We get our family prescriptions filled here & have been for many years. The pharmacists are so wonderful here. They know exactly what they are doing. They are always on "their game" and so knowledgeable and personal. They call us when they know we are getting low on our prescriptions and give us a friendly reminder & make all the necessary calls to get our refills & insurance approvals/precerts It's always a pleasant conversation & interaction and in these days, that's a great quality we so appreciate!! 5+ STARS ALWAYS!!

The pharmacy at 13 N Black Horse Pike Williamstown has gone soooo far downhill. Tired of prescriptions not being done in a timely manner or taking days. When a hospital calls and asks that it be ready within the hour there is a reason. Also I get the same medication every month and always get a text saying it is delayed because of an insurance problem when there really isn’t. They should call and tell you if there is a problem and what it is. No follow up from the pharmacy. And please tell me why the nearest 24 hour Walgreens pharmacy is all the way in Philly. Bye bye Walgreens

This place is amazing. Friendly staff and the prices with there app and coupons is wonderful. I go to this Walgreens all the time and I have only ever encountered maybe two unpleasant workers. That's in the time frame of 2 years. Recommend this store.
