Terrible experience. No one on the phone, delivery driver messed up my order.
Edit: Shannon at the desk was able to place a hold and got me the package the next day. He did a great job. Still annoyed by the delivery driver but overall experience has been improved to 3 stars

I had a package that said it was delivered “in or around my mailbox” but was not there. I had to call to submit a lost package claim and take the time out of my day to drive there to see what the issue was, only to be told by their supervisor/front desk associate that that someone came out to make sure the package was delivered and it was supposedly in the mailbox when “they checked” and GPS coordinates says it was delivered so I was lying at that point. The package was in a locked mailbox I could not access that was different from my APT number. Mistakes happen but don’t claim that someone is lying about a lost package when it is due to your mail carrier’s mistake of not reading the proper letter.

This post office has the absolute worst customer service. Twice I've had them hold my mail while I was away, and both times they've not given me all my mail and packages and I've had to go back, not to mention when you call they never pick up the phone. It's disgraceful. I dread having to deal with them.

I’ve been trying all morning to try to get in contact with this post office due to missing mail. Every time I call the phone rings until I’m hung up on. I have informed delivery showing my new social security card was supposed to be delivered yesterday and it never came. The scan of the envelope has my name and address clearly printed so I’m not sure how it could have gotten lost. I’ve had other issues in the past with neighbors receiving our mail and continue to receive the previous home owner’s mail too.

Local service always stellar when full time employees are delivering the service. Part timers and management continue to disappoint.

Unreal how slow it is here. Holiday time or not, I've waited in lines out the door. It never shortens, just keeps building. This was my 3rd and final shot at dropping stuff off here. I've never been able to reach the front counter!

15 minute wait mid morning on a Tuesday seems long. Staff work hard and fast, but they could have a third register open if they hired more staff.

I live within the Williamstown NJ zip code; have all my life. But, sadly over the past month, we have now received 2 other neighbor's mail, both items seem to be of importance. It seems to be a growing trend that I'm not very happy with.

I go to any other post office but this one. The employees here are sneaky and not friendly AT ALL! They have a way of making you feel like you are bothering them. I will go to a different town, any town, and the employees are friendly and helpful.
