From the get-go, my salesman, Jonathan Chan, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave me all the details of the car I was interested in (which I eventually purchased). Together with Chris Hreiz at the finance department, they worked out a price that was within my budget which I appreciate given that I am in college. There were no hidden fees; Chris and John were transparent from the start.
I had to get the car serviced for a brake job, and I used their service department. Great quality service as well! They employ knowledgeable mechanics who know the ins and outs of cars, and I am very happy with their work! While I was waiting for my car to be ready, Justin at the service department took good care of me and offered to have someone drive my dad and me to a place for lunch. I was also offered a loaner vehicle.
If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I'd definitely recommend this place! A great team to work with; I could not thank you all enough!”

I’ve struggled to find a reliable car for a while now and I remembered my mom telling me about Sheldon motors and how reliable her 2008 Toyota RAV4 is (which she still has till this day and has had no problems at all with it). Then I remember Mya rep dad also bought a car from Sheldon ( a 2011 Honda CRV) and how he’s never had issues with it till this day also. I ended up getting a 2011 Toyota RAV4 and am super happy with it. I recommend Sheldon Motors for their pricing, reliability, and most importantly customer service.
