Slowest place ever!!! Next day packages I pay big money for are always delayed as soon as they arrive here!!! What’s the point in paying extra when this place can’t seem to move???

Paid for the next day air to receive my passport, my package was delayed and it’s just sitting at their hub since Friday at 10:00 am, and because they don’t deliver on the weekend the estimated delivery will be Monday, what’s the point of paying next day air if you are taking 5 days to deliver??? Screwed up my plans!!!

I was fortunate enough to work here as a seasonal package driver this past holiday season (Oct 2023 - Jan 2024) - and I have to say, this is a great facility.I met a lot of awesome, professional people here, from the other drivers, pre-loaders, to the supervisors, and overall, I had a great experience.Regardless of the weird low reviews I see here, I can honestly say, your packages are in excellent hands.In fact, I trust UPS more than any other company when it comes to important deliveries, and this hub continues that exemplary service.Highly recommended.

We recently had an important cancer drug get lost between Kentucky and NJ. We were lucky enough to reach Lourdes at the Cranbury hub for help. She is an absolute gem. She spoke with us multiple times and worked with her team to look for the package and help shepherd a replacement bottle through the system. We are so grateful for her stellar customer service.

I ordered items from a major department store and never had an issue when receiving items previously. This time around, I placed my order (there were three items in the order.) The order was divided into two shipments. No problem there. The first day, as I am tracking the item, it says it has been delivered. However, I never received it. I put in a claim with UPS stating the package was not delivered. The second package, I actually received. A few days after that, I receive a call from UPS to discuss the claim. When I explained what happened, the only response I was given was, 'we delivered the package'. My question: where did you deliver it because I NEVER received it! I received the second package but not the first! Did you have a different driver? No response except, we delivered the package. My issue is that they were very nonchalant about it. Not confident at all in using this location. Unfortunately, I still have not received my package or received an update.

Was waiting for a perishable item to be delivered to my residence with a "by 7pm" estimate. I waited all day and at 7:10pm the tracker said "invalid address and item being returned to sender". Any GPS device can find me, my home was built 70 years ago so I'm not new to the area This UPS facility is only 4 miles from me!! No customer service at all, I would of picked it up. If FEDX can find me why can't UPS? Thankfully the shipper will re-send using USPS Priority Mail per my request.

I have a package that went missing at this facility (the UPS Cranbury Hub) and so I called them up to seek direct help from the operators at the hub. Tom and Lourdes (from the dispatch department) were amazing to say the least. They both went above and beyond to help locate my package at the sorting facility. Although my package is yet to be found, an immense respect is due and upheld for both operators for their elite mannerism and diligence. Thank you Tom. Thank you Lourdes. Hope our endeavors culminate in locating my package at your facility as soon as possible.
