We have recently switched to Tidbury creek Farms for all our planting needs for my company. I have been impressed with every tree/ shrub purchased so far. I can email a large order, then go pick it up with exactly what i asked for. They always handle any requests I have, even something as annoying as sending a picture of a tree. I highly recommend. Super friendly, very professional. My company will only give its business to them.

I called this nursery asking what varieties of red bud trees they sell, as my landscaper buys there. The young woman that answered the phone did not want to get the information for me, stating that "of course you would" want her to ask someone. She was rude and sarcastic. She would not allow me to speak with the manager. When I suggested that I can buy this tree elsewhere, she told me to do so. I guess customer service is not important.

Very poor follow through for commercial customers. Was told items were reserved for pickup, tried asking for follow up with no reply. Kept calling back with no response, finally was able to get ahold of someone only to find out the trees were sold. Not how business is done.
