Bought one tire due to driver side rear back caliper ceasing. Wheel froze and tire was dragged on street causing flat spot. Bought same tire to replace it. Previously bought set of 4 from them. Had them put on driver side rear. Took car out and still had thump, thump sound. Went back and they discovered that the bad tire was on rear PASSENGER side. They mounted the tire they removed from driver side rear and all well. Thank you guys for a job well done!

I recently visited this tire shop and was initially told the tire change would cost $30 per tire. However, when I checked the posted prices, it clearly said $25. When I asked about the discrepancy, they claimed it was due to my 20-inch tires, but there was no mention of this on their pricing board. After some discussion, they agreed to charge me the advertised $25 per tire. I later found out the same thing happened to a friend with 18-inch tires—he was also quoted $30. This kind of misleading pricing is frustrating and could easily be avoided by clearly stating any additional charges for larger tires upfront. It’s disappointing to feel like you have to argue just to get the advertised price.

Called them and asked for installation of break calipers.
They asked me stop by after seeing the car they have no clue how to do it.
Don’t want to take a risk so came out without doing a job.
Waste of my time

Terrible experience. I popped a tire on my car and needed a new one so I put on my spare and headed over here. The man that runs the place here, I’m assuming the manager, said “no problem. I’ll get a tire on for you and I’ll do an oil change for you if you’d like at the same time”. I figured he would ask what kind of tire I needed or if I would have liked used or new. He just grabbed my car keys and left, very short responses to anything I asked. I assumed he would get the car inside of the garage and then I would come and speak to him. But he disappeared and I could not find him.
An hour and 15 minutes later, an oil change and a new tire. He handed me an invoice with a total price of $371. The oil change was $70 and the new tire was about $300. I asked why the tire was so expensive and his only response to me was “I would have thought that you wanted a brand new tire that is the same as the one you already have on your Mazda, and those are very expensive tires”.
Now at this point, I’m incredibly late for work and there’s nothing I can do about this so I pay and I leave. But I will not be coming back. Predatory and expensive.

Went to have tires mounted and balanced. I go to do my brakes myself the next day, and the lug nuts on the wheels were over tightened to the point I had to torch them off.

No work done. Went there for a simple 4 wheel balance, never got a call when it was done, I swung by to pick it up they charged me, told me it was done and they never touched my vehicle. It was parked in the same spot, same wheel weights were on it, and you can tell by the brake dust on the rims the wheels were never touched or Removed from the vehicle.

I had a horrible experience at this place. I went there for my brakes, I was taken advantage of as a young female trying to explain the things needed to be done on my car, no one would listen to me. I had them perform the work they said was needed, only to find out a month later they never actually did the work I paid for. I was having issues with the car and my Dad brought it to a reliable mechanic he knows and he confirmed the parts were never changed and I have to now pay again to have the work done. I will be suing them to get my money back if needed. I do NOT recommend them to anyone, and if you did use them I would highly suggest you check that the work was actually done.

Have gone here on a few occasions with our 6 different vehicles in our family, generally were satisfied with their prices and service, even referred others to them. However, they just lost a customer and any other referrals I would have sent there. My daughter had a very bad experience with the vehicle she brought there, where we now must get the work done at another shop that we paid The Tire Place to do that they never did. In addition, they broke something else while making a repair and never fixed that. When I called about it, the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and said they don't do refunds, and that I can bring the car back to see what happened. Well, if you ripped us off once, why should I bring it back to the scene of the crime? He ended up hanging up on me. I will be taking it up with the court system now. I would not recommend them anymore and am warning all that used them for mechanical services to check that the work was actually done. Very disappointed.

Bush handled the front brake pad replacement. Price was quoted fair compared to other shops. Nice big shop with hardworking honest men. Thank you for the service.
