Terrible. I was locked inside the gate for 30 minutes because the gate would open 2 feet and then stop. This happened numerous times. I Entered my code 100x, and finally, it opened all the way. I almost called 911 because I had my kids with me. The manager is never there. The corporate number is no help whatsoever. I own a small business and keep my supplies at this place. When the gate doesn't work, I must buy new supplies to run my business. Upper management's solution is to give me 25% off my bill. 25% doesn't cover the lost business or come anywhere close to the amount I had to spend to get new supplies.On top of that, my storage door broke, and it took two weeks to get someone in there to fix it. Take your business elsewhere. This place is not worth the hassle. I'm moving my stuff out at the end of this month.

Was VERY disappointed to receive a 24% increase in my monthly rate after only four months of occupancy. Was even more disappointed to find out that this is a common industry practice that may happen multiple times a year. As of this posting, the Williamstown location does not have an on-site manager and I was told by a long-term renter that the main gate frequently malfunctions after heavy rain - which I experienced on two occasions in the past 3 months. You must wait for an employee from another location to arrive to open the gate manually. One star for a relatively clean and dry drive-up unit, but the garage doors seem to be in poor shape overall. Rusty and not too secure. I wish they offered set pricing and not fine print tactics. Now, I’ll probably receive a “times are tough” or “market conditions” or “you can pre-pay up to 4 months… blah, blah, blah” response to this review, but I just want to post a general ‘buyer beware’. Only after committing to self-storage did I find out that these issues are very common regardless of the company you choose. Actual cost of their $91 per month advertised rate after fees was $128. Today, three months after I moved my items in, I received a letter telling me that monthly rate will be increased to $168. Here’s a question… can I move to another unit in the facility for your lower online advertised price?

It was very easy to rent a space here online. I received clear instructions and had no problems. The storage space was clean and very affordable. I would definitely recommend.
