This PNC location gave me the worst experience of my life at a bank. I went here recently to withdraw some cash from my own account and they gave me hell. Telling me that a huge check that was deposited and posted to my account from the IRS in my name they could not confirm with ACH that the check had my name on it. Then they ( manager included )told me that my signature on filed does not match how i signed the withdrawal slip. This day was a nightmare. After having me wasted my lunchtime waiting on them to confirm something that wasn’t necessary, on my way out of their branch one of the ladies turned to me and said “ Sir you didn’t tell me what Caribbean Island you from”. This got me so mad but I am a better human being so I kept on my way. They denied me my own money which I needed that day and everything was delayed until I went to my hometown branch and told them what happened the next day and they were so apologetic for PNC in general. No one on earth could get me to do business at this Monroe Township branch in the future. Especially if you’re not of a certain race and culture you will be discriminated against no matter how legit your identity is.

went to this location to close an account for my deceased parents with all proper documents. the employee had zero compassion and was even coughing in her hand as she held my parents death certificates. extremely rude. they didn't know what they were doing either. very stressful and waste of my time.
