ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER IN IMPOSSIBLE MARKET! Pinky and her team are amazing! We were looking for a home for several months using a big bank as our mortgage broker. During the time that we were using the big bank, our offers were not getting any attention - we could barely get a counter offer! Once we switched over to Pinky's team, our very next offer was accepted. This was not a fluke! Pinky's team made sure that our offer and creditability as buyers stood apart from the other offers that were received by the seller - I would even go as far as saying that Pinky's team had a far more significant impact on our offer being accepted than our agent. Pinky sent a personalized video message to the seller's agent to walk them through what she had already completed in qualifying us as buyers and really conveyed that we were a sure bet to successfully close the transaction quickly. Once our offer was accepted, Pinky and her team (especially Kristi) were extremely communicative and held our hand all the way through the process. We closed in 21 days with time to spare! This team has unparalleled customer service and organizational skills. While Pinky is the front person, the team working with her is exceptional (especially Kristi) and I really felt as though the whole team was there to support our transaction. Needless to say, I will never look to another broker when looking for a mortgage or re-fi.... and neither should you! @Pinky, Kristi and team - thank you so much! Can't recommend Pinky and her team enough!! They really take a wonderful care of people they work with. From personal experience: all questions I had were answered, they helped me to identify my options, brainstorm about possibilities, set priorities and make a plan. The process can be stressful, too much information out there to make you feel confused, unprepared and scared. Pinky's team made the process manageable and enjoyable.
