They don’t give you the true value or a decent offer for your jewelry or luxury bags. They really low-ball their offer. I called to ask them to reconsider and the guy who I was speaking to laughed at me as he hung up the phone, Their offers are extremely unethical. I gave them $4,395 worth of merchandise and they offered me a $1000 loan. CRAZY! Worst than loan sharks!

I sold some Old gold jewelry and a diamond ring that was inherited to me. Amanda was a pleasure to work with. She even told me not to sell a ring that was sentimental and not worth much. Their time is reported on the website as open until 4:30. I left work early and got there at 3:45 - saw a sign saying they're closed. There was also a sign with a number to call after-hours, so I called and got an older man telling me he left around 3pm cuz he "isn't getting any younger." So, I was apparently not supposed to rely on the hours online and called to let him know not to leave an hour and a half early? Methinks not. Never going there again.

I had a terrific experience at Nationwide Gold and Estate Buyers. Amanda and her father were wonderful; they spent a lot of time with me, answering my many questions with great detail and patience. Amanda gave me a lot of important information on some pieces that she knew I wasn't even going to leave with her, and her father made sure that I left with much more for the coins I had brought with me than I ever assumed I would. I also have to include a comment on what kind and considerate people they are. I was 30 minutes late to the appointment because of traffic issues, and because my cell phone died, I wasn't able to call them. They were completely welcoming and forgiving about my lateness. They had just found someone's purse in the middle of the road and were very concerned about how to return it to the owner. They called the police, the owner was notified, and she came to the store to retrieve it. Amanda and her dad were as happy as the owner, knowing that they were able to get the purse back to her. It made my day to meet such caring people. I would definitely go back there again.

I went to their Spring Lake location and Amanda and Gerry made me feel comfortable and were so knowledgeable and professional. I had my Mother's and Grandmother's jewelry and coins and they took the time and went through every piece. They were more than fair with the appraisals and paid me on the spot. I inherited my grandmother's jewelry and had no idea what it was width. After reading some reviews, I decided to go to Nationwide Gold & Estate buyers. I had quite a few pieces. They went through each one individually with me and explained the value. I kept 1 small piece and sold the rest. I was so happy with my experience and the money! I went here the other day with my elderly mother to get some of her items looked at that she wanted to get rid of. She had some coins and a few diamond rings and other jewelry. We weren't sure what to expect but read good reviews online and decided to see what they had to say. I tried one place closer to my house to get an idea of what we had. We were offered hundreds more at Nationwide so we decided to sell. Very good experience.
