Christina was very rude. Didn’t give me any info on opening a new account. Barely wanted to give me the proper new account paperwork. I only opened this account to keep my multiple streams of income separate. She didn’t make me feel welcomed at all. She also lied and told me they don’t issue debit cards the same day and that I’d have to wait to receive it in the mail. I then called customer service and received an appointment at another branch to receive my debit card the same day. I would not recommend this branch EVER. Thankfully the bank itself is not a reflection of this woman’s nasty attitude!!

I had fraud on my card, and Christina was extremely helpful! She helped me use the app to dispute my charges, and I immediately had my money returned. I left the bank with a new card. I highly recommend this branch !!!!

All the tellers are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with any problems you may have! Super friendly staff that are always happy to see you!

Absolutely disgusted with this bank. In fairness to them I am apprehensive of banks from the get go but even so, there are quite a few that have won me over. I went there to cash a check that was written to me from a previous employer. The check was drawn from Investors Bank. Investors Bank refused to cash the check because I do not have an account there. They offered no other solution. I have never heard of such a thing. To add to the debacle, the staff and even manager, Andrea, were not helpful and acted as though I was a nuisance to their life. I know the employees don’t make the policies if this is indeed one but not only does the bank have crazy policies if so, customer service was a nightmare. I would never recommend this bank to anyone let alone ever look into opening an account here.
