“I needed a few parts for my drip irrigation system regarding all my shrubs, perennials and trees along my front walkway. Jeff was fabulous in getting me the three (3) parts I needed for the defective lines that had become clogged somewhere. The costs for purchasing the parts somewhere along the clogged lines were very inexpensive and so much easier to purchase without confusion due to Jeffs' expertise. “Just had a key programmed at Costello's Ace hardware for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. John is an experienced key programmer and did a great job of getting it to work after the new FOB failed to program due to a weak battery. After replacing battery and repeated programming, he was eventually able to get the aftermarket FOB to work. While not all aftermarket FOBs are guaranteed, he went the extra mile to keep at it and in this case it worked. Thanks!!!”
“This company is good offer benefits of all types good schedule easy work. The bad thing is the drivers of the night shift. Their a guy name Brian aka pony tail he can't keep a private conversation to it self he a tell teller. Jo is guy that will throw you under the bus because the new guy taking his OT. Alejandro a young guy just walk passing gossip to everyone. This the only bad thing about the company. Also this guy be talking about the manager that they took their ot and their extra money from reel. If you not happy just leave don't be talking about your boss! That's what this drivers do.”

The floor staff could be more knowledgeable about the store and home improvement in general but that might be asking too much.

“*April 2024 Everyone thusfar, as can be seen from my reviews ( I have to keep editing -HD does not allow one to give new, separate reviews, with each interaction) has been very kind and helpful at the East Windsor Home Depot, however, on this particular visit,
I was interested in looking for material and equipment for a specific project and met a young man by the name of ANTHONY Y. He was very knowledgeable, had excellent manners,* ( I have to give a shot out to his parents and how they raised their child). I have never met a person that was so well mannered, especially for his age- I don't recall how young he is but Home Depot and his future employers will be very lucky to have someone like Anthony working for them!!! He explained why I wouldn't need certain items for my project the pros and cons of using the material that I was interested in, etcetera. I found him to be extremely sincere. Hopefully when it's time for his annual review, Home Depot recognises how valuable he is to them as an employee and pays him appropriately. As stated he was.helpful, knowledgeable, and his customer service was OUTSTANDING due to his EXEMPLARY manners. If only more people had such manners, interacting with others would always be a pleasant experience. Thank you Anthony for your assistance!!!
*( Late Winter 2024 )This is my most recent interaction which is LONG OVERDUE. I needed a new battery for my key fob, found the battery, inserted it and the key fob didn't work. I went over to rentals and met a young nice man, by the name of DAN who tried to help me - it didn't work. He even went onto YouTube to see if there was something specific that we had both done incorrectly. After quite some time, he thought he would ask a colleague of his by the name of AUBREY. AUBREY as DAN tackled this situation as though the key fob and issue had belonged to both of them. The three of us tried and tried, I even thought it was a bad package of batteries which I bought at Home Depot,so we opened another package - that wasn't the issue. I finally contacted the facility where I made the purchase of this fob that nearly cost me $80.00 and while we were on Google and YouTube trying to solve the issue, noticed that they are $10.00 MAX.

*( Summer 2023 ) Recently, I went to the East Windsor store and the people that assisted me were very kind. Tommy stopped what he was doing, got a cart, and explained things to me. Hakeem took time to look something up for me on the internet because I didn't receive reception on my cell phone at Home Depot. Thank you, guys, for making my evening, that day, more pleasant than it was walking in.”
