Used this pharmacy my entire life. They had good service (or atleast average/good enough) for 20 years. For the last 5-10 years however they have slacked SEVERELY, especially in the pharmacy department. I still use them but ONLY because of location. They don’t even answer the phone anymore.

This store makes me sick. The pharmacy and staff are completely incompetent. I have never had a good experience here. I don't know why they have a phone number listed because they don't answer the phone.

The Pharmacist and the staff are absolutely wonderful! Very kind, very patient, always helpful. Sure the pharmacy gets busy at peak times, but they always make sure that you are well taken care of.

This has got to be the absolute worst CVS location on the planet. Or maybe it's all CVS's? Service, especially at the pharmacy, is just horrible. The pharmacy counter is unbearably slow. The automated text notifications for prescription status is never accurate, whether it's the "estimated" ready time or final "ready for pickup". You arrive at the counter and it's still not ready but it will be ready in 15 minutes. Forty-five minutes later, it's still not ready and give us another 10 or 15 more minutes. And all this is after 2 full days of their inability to fill the prescription in the first place. When I complain and insist they fill it now, I'm told they don't respond to threats and I am nasty and, somehow, I'm the problem. "We're short staffed" is their answer, but a staff shortage has nothing to do with inaccurate information. Don't tell me 15 minutes unless you can commit to that timetable. Maybe telling me the truth, based on real fact, would be the best course of action. They do this for a living and should know how long it actually takes to fill a prescription given their current personnel, outstanding orders and workload. Making the customer constantly drive back to the store based on incorrect information is, not only stupid, but discourteous and mean. And then when the customer is understandably upset, we're nasty! No CVS, it's your people who are nasty. Moving to another pharmacy as soon as possible.

The pharmacy counter at this CVS is always extremely slow and everyone seems miserable. It takes forever for someone to even acknowledge you sometimes. On multiple occasions I was given a time for prescription pickup in the automated phone service and my prescription was not ready when I went to pick it up. Waiting at the drive-thru is basically not worth it if anyone else is in front of you because it takes forever too.

Very clean compared to other CVS stores. I like shopping here because it’s not as busy as other stores. I wish products were in stock. But I don’t think that’s their fault. Over all a great store.

Been waiting for 25 minutes to pick up a script in the drive thru only one other car I front of me have yet to see a person acknowledge the person in front of me. Wow great customer service will never come here ever again and will have my mother switch pharmacy's Tis is ridiculous. Way to go CVS thanks for nothing. BTW I got tired of waiting and drove off l

Been using this place for quite some time, went through the drive-through to pick up my prescription. The computers are down so they can’t hand out any prescriptions.

I transferred a Prescription to this location. After five days, there is utter confusion chaos. I tried getting the Script sent to another Pharmacy, as they haven't filled my script yet. I ironically have received text messages saying it's ready, but it's not. I had the script released to another Pharmacy. Seems my Insurance was Billed for Medication that wasn't picked-up and they will not approve it again. Simple Blood Thinner that is needed. I cannot believe the level of incompetence I am seeing, in a Pharmacy.

poor service, they DONT answer the phone. was on hold for over 45 minutes. theysaid my script would be ready in 3 hours it was still pending after 5 hours. im ready to change drug stores.

Apparently no one works at the front desk here. The customer service is lacking, but man you ain’t gonna find prices like they got here!!!! Possibly the worst CVS I’ve ever had the misfortune of entering. I only use it to hold mail for me, you know, since my neighbors cant seem to help themselves when they see a package for me in the mailroom. Ill be sending my mail elsewhere in the future. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, theres so many pharmacies down here in South Jersey, I mean come on theres as many CVS pharmacies down here as there are Wawas!

Only giving one star because I can't give zero.My husband came by Easter night to find kids immodium for our twins who were sick from too much candy. He couldn't find any so he had to search everywhere for an employee, he finally found one "stocking" the deodorant aisle except I put quotes around stocking because all she was doing was standing there talking on the phone. He stood there trying to get her attention for over a minute before she finally turned to him and finally moved her phone from her ear and just said "what?!?" In an extremely rude manner. When he asked for help she said "if we have it it's in the kids aisle" and when he told her he didn't see it there she rolled her eyes and told him "well we don't have it then" and went right back to her phone conversation and ignored him further. He asked for a manager and she told him she was the manager so he asked for her name and she would only tell him her name was "M". This employee only cared about her phone and didn't care one bit that she had a customer that needed help and was extremely rude. He then went to the Egg Harbor Rd location, they were also out of kids immodium but the employees there were amazing and she looked up in the system for any stores that did have it and was extremely polite and helpful unlike "M" who didn't care about actually doing her job at all and if she truly is a manager she sure doesn't deserve to be one treating a customer the way she did in such a rude and dismissive behavior.From now on we will drive further out of our way to frequent the Egg Harbor Rd store and will never return to this location.
